As a Houston, TX resident who has experience days long power outages due to rain, cold and heat we finally made the investment into a generator. And this one was a great price with all the additional features we didn't know we needed/wanted. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this generator few weeks ago and I am very happy with it, especially the option to connect to multiple fuel source. Also, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow to set up. The feature to connect to house electric panel is an added bonus which is helpful in a big way.

We bought the 9500 tri-fuel since we now have Natural Gas. So far we are very pleased with it. Easy to maneuver, easy to start, reliable, and efficient. We are in Florida and hurricane season is now here. We bought a WGen 8550 'Dual Fuel' 4 years ago and it has been trouble-free and easy to use. We expect the same from the 9500.

This was our first generator purchase after experiencing losing power for 5 days because of a hurricane. I wanted something with enough power and would be easy enough for my wife to start because I travel often for work. The remote start feature is incredible and it started right up. Highly reccomend.

I bought this generator out necessity, because hurricane Beryl knocked out our power, I got to finally test this unit. It powered my whole house with ease. I have two 240v mini split units, 3 window ac/heat units, and 1 30cu fridge and two freezers. This gen was ran on propane and did struggle once.

I purchased this generator a few days ago and am very happy with my purchase. The Westinghouse name has been a staple in my home for years. The generator is beautiful and started right up. The manual is easy to read and understand. I am looking forward to many years of use.

Picked this up recently and is so much better than our old generator! 50A is just about perfect to keep our all electric house running during an outage. Electric start is a great bonus. Plan on keeping it outside near the utility provided automatic transfer switch so all we have to do is use the remote start. Great product!

I bought this generator about a month ago. I have only done an initial break in and three oil changes. Looks like good build quality and had more than enough power for my whole house on propane although I’m having a NG line run in the near future. Only criticism is the amount of metal particulate that was present on all three oil changes but I can’t honestly say I’ve owned many new engines in my life.

I upgraded to this 9500 watt generator because I wanted to power everything when the power went out. The booklet and instructions were very good, I appreciate the quick start guide, it is very good at guiding you through everything you need to know to get started without reading the entire manual. I like that it's tri-fuel, I didn't want to put gasoline in it just to set it up and try it out, so I used the propane tank from my grill to make sure that everything worked properly. After reading the manual I discovered there is a screw that will allow you to drain the carburetor, the thing I was concerned about why I didn't want to use gasoline to try it out. Storing power equipment for long periods of time with gasoline in the carburetor causes problems, so this is an amazing feature. This also has an electric and recoil (pull) start. all you have to do is push the start button and the generator starts right up. I was surprised that it started right away since it takes a little bit for the propane (in this case) to get through the hose. Press the button again to make it shut off, (so easy.) Another feature I have come to appreciate is the remote start fob. I can start the generator while inside my house. I tried it multiple times and it works perfect. Overall, it's everything I was hoping it would be, it exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with it! I just wish I had natural gas where I live, I would never have to stock up on fuel, a great feature if I ever get natural gas where I live. Westinghouse makes a great product!

Very pleased so far with this purchase. Tons of features, packaged well, and directions were easy to follow for setting up. Started right up. Plenty of fuel options, LP, LNG, and Gas. Lots of electrical connections for output. Remote start, battery charger...lots of features loaded into this generator. There also is a proprietary smart transfer switch connection(sold separately) As I mentioned, there are lots of features built into this. I would recommend.
