I have only had this generator for a few weeks, but I ran it for about 4 hours yesterday to break it in. I hooked up my electric smoker and a few small items to item during the run. Everything worked great. I used propane to test. It did take about 5 tries before the generator finally started, but once it got going it was a workhouse. A little louder than I was hoping, but that is what you get with generators. Love the push to start and the fact that it tries three times. Still need to pair the remote. I am very happy with this purchse.

I purchase this about a month ago and It seems. To be well Built. Large enough to run my home AC. And and fans inside the house. It's a trifuel generator which is nice to have options. I like the remote option that uses a key F o b .Westinghouse is a good company.With a good track record.

My son gave me the Westinghouse tri fuel generator for Father’s Day gift this past Father’s Day, what a great surprise. I’ll now be replacing my single fuel generator. I’m sure that it will be a reliable alternative for recreational and emergency use .

I upgraded to this 9500 watt generator because I wanted to power everything when the power went out. The booklet and instructions were very good, I appreciate the quick start guide, it is very good at guiding you through everything you need to know to get started without reading the entire manual. I like that it's tri-fuel, I didn't want to put gasoline in it just to set it up and try it out, so I used the propane tank from my grill to make sure that everything worked properly. After reading the manual I discovered there is a screw that will allow you to drain the carburetor, the thing I was concerned about why I didn't want to use gasoline to try it out. Storing power equipment for long periods of time with gasoline in the carburetor causes problems, so this is an amazing feature. This also has an electric and recoil (pull) start. all you have to do is push the start button and the generator starts right up. I was surprised that it started right away since it takes a little bit for the propane (in this case) to get through the hose. Press the button again to make it shut off, (so easy.) Another feature I have come to appreciate is the remote start fob. I can start the generator while inside my house. I tried it multiple times and it works perfect. Overall, it's everything I was hoping it would be, it exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with it! I just wish I had natural gas where I live, I would never have to stock up on fuel, a great feature if I ever get natural gas where I live. Westinghouse makes a great product!

I had to wait for a few weeks until this model was available, since everyone wanted one. The wait was worth it. Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. R & L Driver was accommodating and was able to put just inside my garage. It was easy to assemble and even though it was missing the natural gas hose, the great support team took care of that quickly and efficiently and will be sending one.

Have only had the generator for one day everything was packaged nicely and it all went together easily I am running it on propane and it started right up and carried the load of my house I intended on with no problems Really like that it has a printed users manual and other paperwork to many tools etc onl have a digital online users manual

I bought this generator a month ago and just now getting around to testing it out. I just added oil and gasoline and it started right up. I love the electric start... no cord pulling (but as backup, it can be started with a cord). I also love being able to use propane or natural gas as alternate fuel. The last power outage I experienced, I couldn't get gasoline because gas stations were also closed due to no power. I definitely recommend this generator.

Purchased the tri-fuel after a hurricane left us without power for 1 week. Have not had to use in a power outage yet but it looks solidly built and able to handle our major appliances with AC unit to keep us going. Having a plumber install a gas line hook up this week.

I purchased this generator 3 months ago, and luckily I didn't need to use it, however I did turn it on twice just to run it. The first time it started up after a few times and I ran it for several hours. A month later, I tried running it again and it took a longer time to start it. After awhile I was able to run it for several hours. Today, I am trying again and it starts up, then shuts down after a minute or so. After I purchased this generator, I was asked to write a review and I would receive a cover for the generator, however I never received the cover. I also wrote the review based on the first time starting it. My brother is still trying to get it to start.

I bought this a month ago as I heard great things from my friend who had purchased it before me. So far, it's been working as promised. I found it quite reliable. It was able to power my air conditioning unlike my previous generator. As a bonus, it was also quite easy to install!
