This generator is awesome. It was perfect for us after our hurricane left us with our power for a week. We didn’t have to get gas because we were able to hook it up to our gas line to the house. It powered our giant fridge, an ac unit, some lights and power outlets. It got us through the week. Big big help.

Haven't got to use it yet, but my 9500TFc arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. I'm usually expecting some type of minor damage with heavy (and it is heavy) items but none here. I'm impressed that it comes with actual hard copy manual in a day when we see nothing but a link to online manual. Just had cabin wired with outside outlet for 50a plug so I can run most anything if I use creative breaker switchology. I really hope this pup is as reliable as reviews say. Hondas are just too dang pricey for me.

I bought the Tri-fuel 13k Watt portable generator a week after Hurricane Berryl came through Houston and left me and my family without power for 6 days. So happy I did. After having electrician and plumber come out, I tested the generator. Wow! Able to run my entire house from natural gas line hookup with no issues. For reference, I have approximately 1900 sq/ft home, gas appliances, and one central AC unit. Very happy my family and I will have peace of mind for any future power outages.

We had our first power outage with this generator. We were not prepared for it. My neighbor had a propane tank so we used that, connected the generator up in only a few minutes and had our fridges running on the generator in about 1/2 an hour. We thought the tank would run dry but the generator is very efficient. We are now planning on connecting it to the house.

This is the best generator ive ever had. it will run on propane,gasoline and natural gas. Ive been using natural gas and the generator will prime itself and start. ive been able to run almost all my circuits except central A/C and thats not a biggie problem. i bought this for winter time in Texas and we have blackouts in icy weather.

It worked perfectly out of the box. Now, half a year later, the starter is very sticky and so will sometimes simply not turn over the engine. Also, if it is too cold, as in around 20° F, the small battery included with the generator is simply not strong enough to cold-start the generator whether the starter happens to be working or not, so we've had to jump it on several occasions using spare car batteries we had around. Also, recently the generator has started to simply turn itself off while under minimal load with no warning, even with a full gas tan, full clean oil, and freshly cleaned air filter. The exhaust detector has been ruled out as well, as it is outside under shelter and the exhaust detection shutoff light was not blinking. I'm at a bit of a loss on that phenomenon. Anyway, we've been using this generator with some regularity in addition to solar and wind. I would certainly prefer it to simply work as it is well maintained.

If I were to build my portable generator with the options and accessories that I wanted, it would look like this kit here. I am using this unit on NG and powering my whole house during power outages. It is THOUSANDS less than a built in whole home generator, and does everything I need it to do on those few times that I need it for a fraction of the cost. And I don't need to keep and store gallons of gasoline anymore.

I bought this after Hurricane Beryl to be ready for the next power outage. I chose this model after a lot of research. It is portable, so if we move, we still have it. The goal is to hook this generator up to our fuse box and natural gas line, but that will require both an electrician and a plumber visit. I chose this model because we can still use it to power appliances if the power goes out before we have the work on the house done.

Bought this generator a week ago, came in sturdy box on pallet. No damage, dings or scratches. Added wheels, front supports, oil, plugged up cord to battery, connected to 20lb bottle of propane and after second attempt it started right up. Remote tested at 75 foot distance from home and it started and shut down with remote, wow that works for me. Have not tried to power home with it, but do not expect any issues. This is only for powering homes 240v ac equipment, water heater, heat pump, well pump, etc. Plan on using propane to run on. Having other fuels choices is a nice feature.

I’m surprised with the amount of items included with the generator. Trickle charger was a major plus since generator will be used on power outages. I’m glad I don’t have to go around buying a battery, wheel kit, hour meter, trickle charger. Definitely the biggest bang for your buck.
