We originally got a gasoline Royobi 4000 generator, but ended up switching it out with this. Got the gas line hooked up and break in period went smoothly. Next day we lost power in the morning and it took less than 5 minutes to wheel it out, hook up to quick connect gas and connect in for power. So far its great and exactly what we were hoping for

Unpacked this generator this past weekend. Followed the instructions. At first start, engin ran rough and then stopped. It restarted and stopped several times. Then after sitting for about an hour, I restarted it and it ran very smoothly. I let it run for approx. 5 minutes and then plugged in a refrigerator. The generator shut down immediately. I unplugged the refrigerator and restarted the generator. Haven't been able to restart it. Letting it sit overnight to restart.

My new tri-fuel generator just arrived and I'm excited to get it set up and running. Living in hurricane country on the Gulf Coast, I decided to buy life-style insurance and ensure if I do get hit by a hurricane that I'll be able use this generator to power my life's necessities during the recovery. I chose the tri-fuel to ensure I wouldn't likely be caught up in gasoline or propane shortages or long lines. I just need to throw the switch to natural gas - if required. Like home and car insurance, I hope I never need this generator. However, I can now rest more easily knowing it's ready when/if I need it. Be aware that it is very heavy (sturdy/durable/etc). I'm likely going to need helping getting the wheels on, but I'm looking forward to having it ready.

Researched online for quite a while and decided to pull the trigger. Got this WGen9500TFc so that I can take advantage of the natural gas line already in the backyard. After connecting the hose, and charging the battery, it only took 3 tries and the engine was running! Pretty smooth to me as I know it NG takes time to flow through the hose. Will follow the instructions to prepare for the storage and hopefully it will prepare us well for the next power outage.

Product has everything you need to operate and supply power. Gas, propane, and natural gas options at hand. battery supplied and charging unit for it, plus remote start key fob. included are oil, funnel, basic tools, natural gas supplied line, propane line supplied. Just everything you need to run and support the generator....Just a great buy!

I bought the generator as a back-up for essentials when the power might go out to the house. The generator arrived on schedule and was a cinch to get ready to operate. I tested it using gas and propane with excellent results. I wasn't able to try it using natural gas but have not doubts it'll function as advertised. It's now ready for when the time is right...

Arrived in excellent condition. Using as a whole home backup generator to back up 3600sf, but I also plan to use it for power tools around the yard. I Have not used it yet because I have not had a dry day yet to start it and try it out and I am waiting on my electrician to install my outlet and interlock next week. I will update after install. My only concern is this generator is BONDED NEUTRAL, which basically means to me that I have to use It for one or the other without modifying the generator which is a concept I am still trying to get my head around since most generators advertise I can use it for both safely. I have to see how the install will go being that i will be using it for both purposes.

I just received my generator and so have not used it very much , but am thrilled with everything about it . Love the 3 fuel options plus the electric start as I will not need to struggle any longer trying to "pull start" one. I believe it will be a wonderful purchase for me and look forward to many years of use. Thank you for the product !

I purchased this generator 3 months ago, and luckily I didn't need to use it, however I did turn it on twice just to run it. The first time it started up after a few times and I ran it for several hours. A month later, I tried running it again and it took a longer time to start it. After awhile I was able to run it for several hours. Today, I am trying again and it starts up, then shuts down after a minute or so. After I purchased this generator, I was asked to write a review and I would receive a cover for the generator, however I never received the cover. I also wrote the review based on the first time starting it. My brother is still trying to get it to start.

Had a 5500 generator (won't throw out names), it worked but really loud. This seems to be a little quieter. It didn't quite come with enough oil to fill it, ended up buying a gallon because I plan on doing frequent oil change for the break in period so not a huge deal to me. Remote works pretty well.
