I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this model. I like its flexibility - 3 ways to start and 3 options for fuel for a reasonable price. It arrived yesterday and I was able to assemble it myself (I am a 70 year old woman). It was fun! The instructions were clear and the packaging was well-designed.

While I haven't had the opportunity to test it yet, I'm impressed with the product's packaging, the smooth delivery process, and the inclusion of clear instructions and accessories. These factors instill confidence in the product's reliability. I'll provide further updates if there are any changes in my experience.

I hooked up the generator to my natural gas line. I've only done the break in and it works as expected. I like the push button start. It would be nice to be able to drain the oil without tilting the generator since it's so heavy. The wheel installation is definitely a 2 person job.

Installed a transfer switch in my house and this beast can power everything in the house in just minutes of a power failure. Got the tri fuel and have is connected to the natural gas line. It’s a lot quieter than I thought it would be so my neighbors are happy. Love my purchase!

I bought this generator in May because I didn't want to be caught in a power outage this hurricane season. Sure enough Beryl came through and I was well prepared for it. This generator powered two refrigerators, one chest freezer, and two portable a/c units with no problem. And it is quieter than I expected.

Was easy to assemble, and came with everything beside the Natural Gas Hose is missing, which I have reported to WestingHouse and waiting on if they could mail me one. This same model was recommended to me by my neighbor who used it during the recent Hurricane Beryl in Texas and hooked up to his house and provide power to the whole house.

I bought this after a prolonged power outage (5 days) due to a hurricane. I have run the unit for a few winutes and the start-p and operation is very reliable. I have not yet had to run this for a real life power outage so i do not know the long term performance

The generator was easy to set up and it was able to power up my 2000 sq ft home with all the appliances. The Tri-Fuel option was available at a very reasonable price compared to other generators on the market. The push start and remote start features were also very handy.
