The convenient water dispenser keeps our family hydrated and gives us filtered water for a variety of snacks and dishes that we make everyday. With 31 cubic feet for space, It truly has room for absolutely everything. The shelving setup is also made to hold a variety of items, even tall and bulky items. I love having everything nicely organized with a variety of drawers. The freezer is set up well too with two sections and a divider.

I have a large family and good most of our meals at home. That means lots of ingredients. This Samsung fridge has shelves that can be moved around and lifted back to fit larger items. The gallon bin on the door is perfect for milk and juice. I have found that it keeps food cold and fresh. The freezer drawer is deep and spacious with a push back shelf for small items like ice packs or ice pops. The ice maker makes wonderful, soft ice in cube or crushed, and the fresh water filter is easily accessible on the front inside of the fridge, no more moving stuff around to change the filter! The fridge fits wonderful in it space and has a sleek modern design. Definitely very pleased with the look and durability of these refrigerators and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new fridge.

It has so much storage space and many compartments, making it a perfect fit for a large household. I can store much more than I could in my old French-door refrigerator and freezer, and I still have half the fridge empty. It will be very convenient during family gatherings, holidays, and parties because I no longer have to worry about where to store leftovers, which was always a concern before. I also love the tall water dispenser — it's high enough to fit a tumbler easily. The ice maker makes two types of ice: crushed and cubed. It even has an extra tray/container in the freezer to store additional ice, which is perfect for summer. The freezer is large, wide, and includes four different compartments for better storage and organization, helping reduce clutter. My kids love the fridge, and so do I. Overall, it's perfect for a big family, with plenty of compartments for organization and lots of space for everyday use and special occasions. My kids love it, and I love it too. I absolutely love my new fridge!

The layout is spacious and makes it easy to organize groceries and large items. I like that the ice chest doesn't take up too much space and the pull out freezer drawers have plenty of space. But there are a couple of small drawbacks. At first, the water dispenser kept dripping a few drops after use, but this went away a few days after installation. Also, the fridge door does not auto-close, so you have to make sure it is fully pushed shut to ensure a tight seal. It does seal when the door is slightly pushed, but I'm just afriad not fully. The panel was easy to control, and I can use it without external phone app or AI connections which I like the option of having. Overall, it is a great refrigerator with ample space and strong features, and those minor issues are manageable once you get used to it. I'd give it 4 stars for its capacity and design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my bespoke fridge a few weeks ago and I must say that it is an absolute game changer for me and my family of 3 teens, 1 pre teen, and 4 adults. It holds all the groceries we buy plus room for more. The organization is thoughtful and customizable which is nice. I personally love the shelf that slides in and wish it was on both side but either way it's a great feature to have. The freezer is just as spacious as the fridge and the organization continues there as well. The ice maker and water dispenser is also a great feature that the entire family loves and uses a lot. I prefer crushed ice while everyone else likes curved ice which the fridge can handle at the push of a button. The controls are simple to use and understand which is how we like them, and we absolutely love the open door alarm feature which reminds our kids to close the doors. My favorite feature is the app control ability although it is limited it's still great to be able to see and set the temp for both the fridge and freezer. A

It was quick and easy to set up via the SmartThings app. It looks fantastic and performs flawlessly. My only regret is waiting so long to pull the trigger! Pros: Refrigerator space - this thing is HUGE. I was able to fit everything from my old refrigerator and it doesn't even look half full. Each door has multiple shelves to maximize storage space. There is even a cool little sliding half shelf that tucks away to allow for tall items. No more moving shelves around to accommodate bottles of wine and/or champagne. Ice, Ice, Baby - the icemaker replenishes the bin as fast as you can fill a cup. There are also two trays for excess storage in the drawer freezer. Simply pull the bin, dump it in the trays and never run out of ice. SmartThings app - I can monitor and adjust temperatures, be alerted when a door is left open and operate the power cycles all from my phone. Cons: Freezer layout - this is no fault of Samsung's. My old refrigerator was a side by side and I am not used to having a drawer freezer. It stores more than my old unit; however, it is a little cumbersome for a drawer freezer rookie. This will work itself out with time and experience. Overall this is one cool appliance! I don't think I have ever been so excited about using my refrigerator.
