[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has clean, sleek lines giving it a modern look and looks amazing in our kitchen. The fridge is spacious and provides plenty of room for all our groceries. The slide back glass is ideal for taller items. The freezer has plenty of space providing a slide out so that one does not have to dig thru a bunch of items to locate desired item. The fridge runs quietly.

It cools quickly and is easy to get into to add products. The cooling seems to be consistent in both fridge and freezer and condensation is minimal with humid weather we've been having. Overall love it!

It uses the space very well and it feels solid. My personal preference is to have the access to water and ice outside of the door (which this has) rather than inside!

There is a lot of main storage space, the adjustable shelf is beneficial for taller items, and the separate deli drawer is a plus. The main flaws are strange in the doors and freezers. We underestimated how limited the storage space was in the doors for condiment type items that may be a bit taller. The freezers overall have a decent storage space, however it can be a little tricky when you run into taller items. Just things to adjust to, overall a good fridge so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge provides great space and has a middle shelf that slides back allowing room for taller items to be stored. Freezer has a pull out drawers making cleaning a breeze. Water line on the dispenser was not installed properly (don't know if a manufacturer oversight or assembly oversight) but fixing the issue was a simple job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Allow for 1 more door shelf for drink container. Exampl, existing shelf holds 1-gal milk and 1/2 gal of almond milk. No room for a bottle of orange juice or V8. We have to lose space on 2 shelves to house the bottles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is good, but the marketing makes it seem like it has 2 ice dispensers when it only has one, the app is practically useless which is good, but it does alert you if the door is left open, the fridge does too which is nice, ice dispenser is amazing, fridge's left door swings open all the time which is horrible but fixable with some magnets and rubber

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 16 year old Samsung with this fridge. It does seem a little louder than our older model. We are happy with the cooling part of this fridge. It works well no complaints with that. The ice maker is a lot quieter annd produces ice well. We haven't had to change the filter but it seems like it would be more conveniently located in this fridge. Our biggest complaint is the design of the shelving inside and how it minimizes the amount of space available. There is minimal room for larger items. Specifically gallons. So you're supposed to put your gallons on the inside of the door. One gallon of milk fits but the second gallon does not fit it has to sit on top of the piece that sticks out at an awkward angle. But wait there is the middle shelf that retracts halfway. Great I can fit 2 gallons there … then I realize the space behind it is no man's land. You have to put something small behind your gallons and every time you want to grab it you have to remove a gallon of milk to get to it. Very uneasy to access. Such a waste of space. Why isn't the middle shelf adjustable to move up. It's an less than an inch shy of being able to fit a gallon. Did anyone at Samsung buy groceries and see what height a typical gallon of milk/tea/water is. What about the bottom shelves on each of the doors. Seriously unless you're on your knees you don't even know they are there. This is a great way to forget about what you have in your fridge. Just put it there. Oh wait don't forget it's gotta be really small like a jar of grey poupon how many condiments do you have that are that small anyway? If you like condiments just know you're not storing very many on the doors. With the small amount of space within the fridge you aren't going to have much room for it inside either. Ditto for the freezer. What is going on! I guess if you live by yourself this fridge would be functional but forget about it if you like to stock up on any type of groceries. So bummed about this purchase. I'm told by the sales rep the typical fridge now lasts only 10 years. I can at least look forward to 10 years from now that I can find a fridge that fits my lifestyle. Until then at least this fridge is teaching me everything I don't like about a fridge. I loved my old Samsung. It looks like now I'll be purchasing another fridge for my basement to be able to store any overflow. I can tell you it wont be Samsung.
