[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Samsung RF32CG5B30SRAA as a replacement for my kitchen. It was quick and easy to set up via the SmartThings app. It looks fantastic and performs flawlessly. My only regret is waiting so long to pull the trigger! Pros: Refrigerator space - this thing is HUGE. I was able to fit everything from my old refrigerator and it doesn't even look half full. Each door has multiple shelves to maximize storage space. There is even a cool little sliding half shelf that tucks away to allow for tall items. No more moving shelves around to accommodate bottles of wine and/or champagne. Ice, Ice, Baby - the icemaker replenishes the bin as fast as you can fill a cup. There are also two trays for excess storage in the drawer freezer. Simply pull the bin, dump it in the trays and never run out of ice. SmartThings app - I can monitor and adjust temperatures, be alerted when a door is left open and operate the power cycles all from my phone. Cons: Freezer layout - this is no fault of Samsung's. My old refrigerator was a side by side and I am not used to having a drawer freezer. It stores more than my old unit; however, it is a little cumbersome for a drawer freezer rookie. This will work itself out with time and experience. Overall this is one cool appliance! I don't think I have ever been so excited about using my refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser stream is uneven, splitting and pouring around the housing rather than coming straight out of the nozzle. Could this be a simple fix? Additionally, the manual states that there are four types of ice cube making available—two from the outside dispenser and two from inside the freezer. However, no ice is being made in the freezer; it currently only serves as ice storage."

So far its been very quite and efficient and is not as noisy as my previous samsung one i replaced was. The cooling ability has been pretty good. I choose this as I do not want to have filter within for opening a door to get to water and so far has been good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI 31 cu. ft. Mega Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator has exceeded my expectations. The 31 cu. ft. capacity provides an incredible amount of storage space, making it easy to organize groceries for a large family while still having room to spare. The adjustable shelving and spacious freezer help maximize every inch of space. The external water and ice dispenser is convenient and works great, and I love having the option of different ice types. The fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish keeps the refrigerator looking clean and modern, even with kids constantly opening the doors. Overall, this refrigerator offers a fantastic combination of storage capacity, modern features, sleek design, and reliable performance. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large, family-friendly refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sleek looking refrigerator. Very large and usable space which is going to come in handy in my household. Controls are easy to use, especially if you're using the app makes it even simpler. It cools down quickly and maintains temperature so far very impressed. It didn't take long after flushing the filter. For it to start making ice. It dispenses water and ice easier and faster than my previous Maytag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall look was excellent and the capacity is huge. I would definitely recommend if you need a large amount of good storage. The only draw back for me is that there were not many options to reconfigure the shelves the way we would have liked them but we knew this before we purchased. The ice and water dispenser works great and holds a lot of ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a lot going for it, especially the generous storage space and the clean, modern layout. I love the French door style so I can open one side or both. It stores large grocery loads, and the interior shelves and freezer compartments feels well designed for keeping everything organized. The main issue is the door does not shut and seal on its own, so it requires extra attention every time you close it. That makes it less convenient than expected, especially when you are in a hurry or have your hands full. It does have an alarm when after some time if the fridge door is shut properly, but the seal could be better. The door not sealing automatically is a frustrating flaw that keeps it from being a higher-rated product. But I find it good quality cooling though.

It is very spacious and you can fit a lot of food in it. The freezer is pretty big as well and is also very spacious. It makes pretty good ice as well and I really like this fridge. I recommend to anyone looking to upgrade there fridge and have a more spacious one. The water and ice performance on this refrigerator has been great and the fridge itself has made my life easier by being able to store more things in it. The capacity of the freezer is very good as well and I can fit a lot more things in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung refrigerator has plenty of room and offers excellent storage capacity, which is a big bonus for larger household. The layout is spacious and makes it easy to organize groceries and large items. I like that the ice chest doesn't take up too much space and the pull out freezer drawers have plenty of space. But there are a couple of small drawbacks. At first, the water dispenser kept dripping a few drops after use, but this went away a few days after installation. Also, the fridge door does not auto-close, so you have to make sure it is fully pushed shut to ensure a tight seal. It does seal when the door is slightly pushed, but I'm just afriad not fully. The panel was easy to control, and I can use it without external phone app or AI connections which I like the option of having. Overall, it is a great refrigerator with ample space and strong features, and those minor issues are manageable once you get used to it. I'd give it 4 stars for its capacity and design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm super pleased with my new mega capacity Samsung refrigerator. We are a large family and every bit of space counts. The big drawers makes it a breeze to organize and keep things in there places without moving everything when I'm looking for one certain item. The external water and ice dispenser is large enough for my travel cups to fit under and that's a huge win. The freezer is great it has multiple storage spots that slide and allow me to organize everything well. I was a bit confused with the ice trays but not an ice maker in the lower part of the freezer. Overall I'm thrilled with my net refrigerator and I believe it will make cooking easier.
