The stainless steel finish stays smudge free, the doors open smoothly, and the cooling performance has been consistently reliable. It keeps everything cold, the layout works well for everyday use, and the smart features like AI Energy Mode are a nice bonus. Yes, the drawers stick a little and the freezer is heavier to pull open, but honestly, these quirks don’t bother me much. They’re noticeable, but they don’t affect how well the fridge actually works. The ice bin sits low, which can be a bit awkward, but again, it’s a small thing in the bigger picture. Overall, this is a good, solid refrigerator with a great look and dependable performance. Not perfect, but definitely gets the job done.

So far so good. The fridge is a bit smaller than the standard that we wanted but due to sizing we purchased the counter. Overall it is a great fridge, and we love the features. Only complaint is that it is not a quiet fridge.

It is super spacious and bright inside and doesn’t waste a lot of space with unnecessary accessories. It’s all nice open shelving and the two freezer drawers are nice and deep allowing me to store larger items. I love that it doesn’t have a big clunky water dispenser but instead offers more shelf space and a clean design. The Auto Ice Maker is always topped up with fresh ice making my evening cocktails easier than ever. I also noticed that my veggies stay fresh for a really long time, the All-Around Cooling system helps with consistent temperatures that supports longer product shelf life. I am a bit of a tech geek and have been measuring the energy usage via a power meter and this new fridge is using 25% less electricity than my previous model! That is going to be a huge savings over the year! The stainless-steel finish looks great and will be timeless in my new kitchen. It is super quiet when running and is doing a great job keeping my food fresh and easily available when I am ready for a snack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our new Samsung Bespoke AI 25 cu. ft french door refrigerator! It was time to upgrade our old one as it was 15 years old, while it was also a 25 cu. ft refrigerator this Samsung model is more compact and fits better in our space while having more room inside. The stainless steel front has been excellent, it's hard to smudge fingerprints on it. The only area where I have seen some very faint prints is around the freezer door handle at the bottom but it's so faint that I have to go looking for it. I love that I can keep it clean that easy. We just wipe it down with mild soap/water and it comes right up. The top refrigerator section holds everything and incredibly roomy. The top shelf has held up to 4 cases of soft drinks for us. That's the only thing I can really reach from that shelf because I am a bit shorter, otherwise my partner stores anything up there that's more for him because I can't reach the back of it! My favorite part of the fridge is the white pullout drawer that's a bit more hidden. It's great for storing our cheeses and puddings or sauce packets or anything small you may want to keep in a fridge so everything is a bit more tidy. I also enjoy the digital display that shows the current temperature for the fridge and freezer. The freezer space holds a lot, and we're able to store all of our weekly frozen veggies and meats that we'll be cooking up. The ice machine makes a little ice over time and keeps a lot stored in the tray that was included. It also has an ice scoop for scooping. We have set up the AI connected app from Samsung, currently called SmartThings. It's nice to be able to review the energy use over time and I can tell it's already helping us save on our energy use from our previous refrigerator. The app has features to check on the temp settings for both fridge/freezer, check that the door is closed, turn on/off the ice maker, use the power cool or power freeze features (I haven't tried these power cool features yet). It also has the status of the water filter which is super helpful. There's also an interesting stat for how many times you're opening the fridge which has been eye opening for us but if we can reduce the times that'll help with energy efficiency over time. Overall this has just been a well needed investment. This refrigerator is keeping our food at a better temp, our cheese and veggies are lasting longer, and it stores more. Very happy!

I love the crisper drawers and the built in snack drawer that my grand babies can reach with ease. And the freezer... oh my word...I love it. Large capacity ice maker with storage spaces and a sliding drawer for deep space storage. A huge plus for me! This AI endowed appliance has the option for use of a Smart Grid function ( demand response) to help control energy use. Just download the Smart Things app, which is super user friendly, and connect the two. I can the control the temperature of the refrigerator and the freezer from my phone. I can turn on and off the ice maker and adjust the energy management feature! What's not to love about this appliance?! Oh and it's on wheels... easy to pull out and clean behind... we all know how bad that area can get! Love this refrigerator!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge design is top notch. Love how much room I have compared to my old fridge that had identical cubic footprint. The slide out shelf is amazing for the occasional tall items that need storing. Freezer layout is super spacious even with having to share space with the ice tray.

The space and flexibility with the storage is awesome. The ice make on the door is convenient and always ready. The filtered water is amazingly good!

Smart thing app to cool and fast cooling. noise level are low not even a hum. No frost. Very consistent. No condensation.
