It only took a few hours for the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator to get to proper levels. Very impressed with that. Connected to our Wi-Fi which was an easy connection.

Doesn't cool well and icealer never worked even after hooking it up itales an irritating beeping noise if doors are left open longer than 20 seconds and u don't have the option to disable the feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this and the Zero Clearance is a game changer. I have 36 and 1/8” exactly and this is the only refrigerator that will fit. Also, much larger than my 14 year old counter depth that I replaced. Cant give it 5 stars bc I have not had time with the product. But I would recommend.

It has a two-door opening for the refrigerator and it is very roomy now able to put trays of food on a shelf and it is very well laid out. There are three shelves and Three drawers in the refrigerator portion... So plenty of room to stay organized... I also like where the water filter is positioned. It is in the middle of the fridge and very easy to access unlike our last fridge. The freezer is on the bottom which is new to me but I like it. It has sliding partitions so that you can also stay extremely organized. The water on the door is also a plus and it has several different modes for making ice which is very convenient... We do have a large family and sometimes need ice for several people... I also like that it does not stick out very far from the counter depth. This one is much worse steam lined than the last two refrigerators that I had. It works great and it looks great. Very happy with our purchase!

I’m beyond frustrated with the refrigerator I purchased one year ago. There was a spill on the bottom shelf. The owners manual doesn’t explain how to remove this shelf. Fortunately, I found a tutorial on YouTube. However, the process requires using 2 opposing screwdrivers on the pedestal of the shelf. Needless to say, it was extremely difficult. But that wasn’t the end! Once the shelf is released the glass must be removed by pressing the tabs in ON THE BACK of the glass. This was no easy task either. My husband used needle nosed pliers unsuccessfully and then a third sized screw driver. This BEYOND frustrating experience took an hour to complete. I would love an explanation of why this is such a complicated process. I will certainly NEVER buy another refrigerator without a full inspection of how to clean it.

Love the long drawer at the bottom of the fridge. Perfect for canned/bottled drinks. Much quieter than our previous refrigerator. Hoping for longevity!

Consistency in the cooling throughout the unit is of top quality. Corrosion is not a problem. Very pleased with it.
