Plus, I’m able to fill my water bottles easily with the tall water dispenser. The overall look of it is also great and the zero clearance doors are really sleek. You can easily arrange all your groceries and take out on multiple glass shelves. Nice large drawers to keep fruit, meat, and cheese cool and tucked away but easily accessible. The freezer is spacious and roomy with a built in ice ball maker as a fun surprise for guests. My favorite is that you can slide the glass shelves to add taller beverages or pots/containers. Lastly the exterior water and ice dispenser is conveniently tall to accommodate a variety of sizes of cups and water bottles. Overall a fantastic fridge!

Now that we have had the fridge a while and had the opportunity to use it on our day to day interactions, I can honestly say that it's a solid product that has some room for improvement. So, here are my list of pros and cons/room for improvement: Pros: - The design is sleek and beautiful that will complement any kitchen. It fits perfectly into our refrigerator spot. - The interior is spacious and easily accommodates different sized containers for storage. - The app is easy to use and can help keep track of groceries, when you need to order a new filter, and apparently can help save you money with AI smart features (looking forward to seeing that in action). You can also order new filters directly through the app when the time comes. - The sphere shaped ice is probably the favorite of the household (German Shepherd included) and the app will let you choose if it makes 3-9 a day, half spheres, and if it will make them through the night. I also love how the fountain can accommodate my 40 ounce tumbler with no issues, Cons/Room for improvement: - Although we have the app set to make 9 ice balls a day, we have yet to get 9 in a 24 hour period. I don't know if the time the freezer is open factors into it at all since the app doesn't account for the number of ice balls. It would be nice if it could do that. - Also - the doors are very light. I'm not sure if that is an improvement for maneuverability or a downgrade in quality. So for now, I'm just making note of it. It doesn't seem to affect the product one way or the other as far as I can see. Overall, my family and I recommend this product to our family and friends who are in the market for a new refrigerator!

I've hosted a couple parties now and everyone always comments how awesome the ice balls are. Probably my favorite feature on a fridge that I have had. The fridge and freezer are also really practical. There is a ton of spaces, shelving, and drawers to organize everything I keep in it. I haven't had any problems trying to fit groceries and food in the fridge or freezer. The in door water and ice works as expected. Water comes out cold and I haven't had any problems with the ice dispenser. The lighting really works well too. The LED lights keep everything nice and bright so everything is easy to see. The stainless steel finish is very classy and looks great in our kitchen and compliments our appliances. The zero clearance fit especially makes this fridge look good in our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very impressed with this refrigerator especially the app connectivity and ability to control the temperature and ice machine functions. Another plus is the 'power cool/freeze' option which came in handy at initial install (and I can see coming in handy after a power outage) The refrigerator was ready to use extremely quickly. The tall water dispenser was something that I absolutely had no idea I was missing! It is a game changer for me since I tend to only drink out of tumblers or fill large containers. Another feature I love is that the display for the temperature is inside the door and there it also lets you know what ice functions are turned on/off. The sphere ice is a nice added feature because that ice stays whole longer, but the tray takes up premium space in a counter depth fridge. My only complaint would be downsizing from a regular to a counter depth fridge. I didn't need to because I had the cabinets made to fit a regular size and make it look counter depth, but I didn't think the 5 cu ft difference would make that much of a difference so I switched. I haven't noticed a difference in the refrigerator section, but the freezer seems significantly smaller than my previous model. Just from transferring everything over, it is stuffed full and I can no longer keep ice packs or dog treats in there with the ice cube tray. But with time and reorganization, I think the smaller space will suffice because the drawers are very deep and the section dividers are set up nicely. Overall I am very impressed with this refrigerator.
