[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fit into a tight space and closer to the back wall than a competive model. Very quiet and the cooling/ice imformation is easy to understand and use. Nice deeper storage bins for the freezer means I can stand up products instead of lying them on their side. The finish is updated and smooth looking with a taller water/ice despenser- great for filling my travel thermos!

Makes it so much easier to move if you ever need to get behind it or adjust the placement. Small thing but you'll be glad it's there. The sphere ice is pretty cool to show off at gatherings when hosting. It also doesn't melt as quickly as other forms of ice which I appreciate it. The low lighting in the evening is great on the eyes when grabbing a late night snack. Overall such a solid fridge upgrade for our household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stylish and attractive exterior. Plenty of room and well organized interior. It's quiet and we love the zero clearance design. Great lighting upgrades from our last Samsung unit. And the craft icemaker is fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace my other brand fridge. The stainless steel finish is premium and modern. It slides right up against the walls and cabinets with almost no gap, and the doors open smoothly. The shelves are large and wide, its way deeper than my prior fridge but physically the same overall size (which is amazing), but the Sphere Ice is my favorite feature. It makes globes of ice! But there’s a dual ice maker that also does cubed and crushed. It has a tall external dispenser, which makes filling pitchers easy. It’s also super quiet. Its a connected/smart fridge, which means I can check temps and get alerts from my phone. This is a good feature because people may leave one of the doors open, and even though it has a door alarm that goes off after a while, you may be far away enough that you might not hear it and thus be able to get the alert on your phone. I am very pleased with this purchase so far. Thanks Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently reluctantly agreed to upgrade our refrigerator because the one we had stuck out too far into the walkway in our kitchen. We got this counter depth one and that 6” makes a huge difference! It's great to look at, and it has sphere ice, which I happen to think is very cool and they melt much slower. It's also much easier to fill my water bottle as it fits in the dispenser. I'm happy with the upgrade and my wife was right after all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time purchasing a French door refrigerator and I absolutely love it. The interior is incredibly spacious, and the multiple shelves make it easy to organize and find everything I need. It feels thoughtfully designed for everyday convenience. One minor downside is the limited space for taller beverage bottles on the main refrigerator shelves. While the door compartments do provide some room for taller items, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility inside. Ok the other hand, a sliding or adjustable shelf option has made this even more functional, especially when you don't always need the extra vertical space. The refrigerator runs very quietly, which is a huge plus. I also really appreciate the built-in door alarm that is especially helpful with kids who tend to open the fridge often and sometimes don't fully close it. It's a simple feature, but incredibly useful. The freezer compartment is another standout. It offers plenty of storage and includes a sliding shelf that keeps frequently used items easily accessible. The ice maker is excellent with its sphere ice which is great when entertaining but also the ice maker no mess, easy to use, and I love the additional storage compartment for extra ice. It's perfect for hosting and larger gatherings, ensuring I always have ice ready when I need it. Overall, this refrigerator combines practicality, smart design, and energy efficiency. Despite the small limitation with tall item storage, I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and well-organized appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very impressed with this refrigerator especially the app connectivity and ability to control the temperature and ice machine functions. Another plus is the 'power cool/freeze' option which came in handy at initial install (and I can see coming in handy after a power outage) The refrigerator was ready to use extremely quickly. The tall water dispenser was something that I absolutely had no idea I was missing! It is a game changer for me since I tend to only drink out of tumblers or fill large containers. Another feature I love is that the display for the temperature is inside the door and there it also lets you know what ice functions are turned on/off. The sphere ice is a nice added feature because that ice stays whole longer, but the tray takes up premium space in a counter depth fridge. My only complaint would be downsizing from a regular to a counter depth fridge. I didn't need to because I had the cabinets made to fit a regular size and make it look counter depth, but I didn't think the 5 cu ft difference would make that much of a difference so I switched. I haven't noticed a difference in the refrigerator section, but the freezer seems significantly smaller than my previous model. Just from transferring everything over, it is stuffed full and I can no longer keep ice packs or dog treats in there with the ice cube tray. But with time and reorganization, I think the smaller space will suffice because the drawers are very deep and the section dividers are set up nicely. Overall I am very impressed with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace my 20 year old refrigerator. The stainless steel finish is very nice, shiny and easy to clean. The in door water and ice is great upgrade for me as I have never had that. The filtered water is tasty and refreshing. The inside of this thing is crazy big both in the refrigerator and freezer section. I love the craft ice in the freezer as this makes a real upscale feel. The refrigerator has been performing flawlessly and holds temps even when the door is left open for extended periods. Love the app and the amount of information it provides especially if I have left the door open. The bar handles are great and the doors shut on their own. The delivery by Samsung was flawless and I am so happy with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great light weight fridge. It is more spacious than I thought it would be . The French doors add on nice aesthetics. I love that it is counter depth and not in the way like other fridges I have had in the past. It is so sleek and makes my kitchen feel luxurious. I am glad that it has smart app feature but that it is optional and not needed. The spherical ice is really cool too. I have also noticed that the fridge does not leave fingerprints, which is a big plus. I also love how tall the water dispenser is- no issues with any of the water bottles we have. The freezer drawer is also more spacious than I thought it would be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this fridge. The design fits perfectly with my cabinets and gives my kitchen a newer look. The craft ice is one of my favorite parts sijce it looks great and keeps my drinks cold for a while. I also use the tall water dispenser every day as it is convient. It's very easy to fill up large bottles and pitchers. The inside has plenty of space and organized so it is easy to find everything.
