[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were blessed with the opportunity to purchase the Bespoke AI 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Zero Clearance Fit & Sphere Ice™ in Stainless Steel at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review of the product. Now that we have had the fridge a while and had the opportunity to use it on our day to day interactions, I can honestly say that it's a solid product that has some room for improvement. So, here are my list of pros and cons/room for improvement: Pros: - The design is sleek and beautiful that will complement any kitchen. It fits perfectly into our refrigerator spot. - The interior is spacious and easily accommodates different sized containers for storage. - The app is easy to use and can help keep track of groceries, when you need to order a new filter, and apparently can help save you money with AI smart features (looking forward to seeing that in action). You can also order new filters directly through the app when the time comes. - The sphere shaped ice is probably the favorite of the household (German Shepherd included) and the app will let you choose if it makes 3-9 a day, half spheres, and if it will make them through the night. I also love how the fountain can accommodate my 40 ounce tumbler with no issues, Cons/Room for improvement: - Although we have the app set to make 9 ice balls a day, we have yet to get 9 in a 24 hour period. I don't know if the time the freezer is open factors into it at all since the app doesn't account for the number of ice balls. It would be nice if it could do that. - Also - the doors are very light. I'm not sure if that is an improvement for maneuverability or a downgrade in quality. So for now, I'm just making note of it. It doesn't seem to affect the product one way or the other as far as I can see. Overall, my family and I recommend this product to our family and friends who are in the market for a new refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is amazing! I knew it would be spacious, but I didn't realize how spacious until I moved all of the items from my old fridge into it, and it still looked partially full! The freezer is also very nice, and with the ease of sliding the drawers, it is so easy to organize everything and pull it out with minimal effort. There are so many great things about this fridge, it is hard to capture them all, but here goes. The water dispenser area is so big that we were able to fit an entire gallon pitcher and fill it up! The sphere ice located in the freezer will have so many uses. I also really like that the water filter can be changed from inside the fridge, as my last one was in the back. Both the fridge and the freezer reached a low enough temperature quickly enough that I was able to put my items in them from my old fridge, so they didn't go bad. The outside is super sleek and minimal, and fits perfectly in my kitchen. The only downfall is that the shelves aren't quite tall enough to hold bigger items like a pitcher or large bottles, but luckily, the door shelves are pretty large and can hold a couple of those items. The only downside to this fridge is the size and how it fits into the opening in my kitchen. This thing is massive, looks as if the cabinets were built around it in a good way, but getting into position is very tight. Overall, we are very happy with this item and have already been recommending it to others!

The craft ice is one of my favorite parts sijce it looks great and keeps my drinks cold for a while. I also use the tall water dispenser every day as it is convient. It's very easy to fill up large bottles and pitchers. The inside has plenty of space and organized so it is easy to find everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited 21 years to purchase a new fridge and I am so HAPPY with my purchase. It is huge inside, cooled quickly, love the control I have from the app, the design is beautiful, zero clearance is flawless, and the water dispensing feature is great.

You can easily arrange all your groceries and take out on multiple glass shelves. Nice large drawers to keep fruit, meat, and cheese cool and tucked away but easily accessible. The freezer is spacious and roomy with a built in ice ball maker as a fun surprise for guests. My favorite is that you can slide the glass shelves to add taller beverages or pots/containers. Lastly the exterior water and ice dispenser is conveniently tall to accommodate a variety of sizes of cups and water bottles. Overall a fantastic fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator is honestly one of the best appliances I’ve added to my home. The look is very clean, modern, and high-end looking. It instantly elevates the whole kitchen. The stainless steel finish is sleek and beautiful. The space is very well organized, and I can easily fit everything without things getting lost in the back. The layout is smart, especially for someone who likes to keep things neat and accessible. One of my favorite features is the Sphere Ice. It actually feels like a luxury feature. The ice looks great and melts slower, which is perfect for drinks. It is quiet, efficient, and keeps everything at a consistent temperature. Overall, this is a very well-designed, high-quality refrigerator that combines style, functionality, and thoughtful features. Definitely a five-star upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I didn't expect but genuinely appreciate — the fridge is on wheels. Makes it so much easier to move if you ever need to get behind it or adjust the placement. Small thing but you'll be glad it's there. The sphere ice is pretty cool to show off at gatherings when hosting. It also doesn't melt as quickly as other forms of ice which I appreciate it. The low lighting in the evening is great on the eyes when grabbing a late night snack. Overall such a solid fridge upgrade for our household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do love this fridge. I think it is interesting how it feels bigger than our last but is supposed to Be the same dimensions. I will say make sure you measure correctly as the front top of the fridge didn't clear correctly in the space so we had to make adjustments to our cabinet which luckily ended up being fine. Perhaps we measured wrong or the instruction manual doesn't mention this higher elevation. The sphere ice cubes are super fun and surprisingly are made really quick. As a family of 5 the regular ice cube storage must be pretty big as we have not ran out of ice yet. We are hoping the fridge lasts longer than our last and so far are pretty happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator has it all, the shelves are spacious, 2 kinds of Ice (regular and sphere ice, in the freezer) and room in the freezer for all your frozen items. This was such a huge improvement over my old fridge. The outside looks sleek and modern. The amount of fridge space is amazing. The doors are extra wide, which means the door shelves are quite wide and can hold a lot! Finally, we love the giant sphere ice. Those ice balls are fun, and they really keep our drinks cold for longer! I love the ample space with the top French doors, middle meat and cheese section and the bottom 2 tier drawer. It does a great job resisting fingerprints and smudges, keeping the fridge looking clean with minimal effort.
