I purchased this refrigerator in December of 2022 and in March of 2026 (three months after the 3 year warranty was up) the ice maker and the freezer stopped working. This is a HORRIBLE product and I will make sure I go to every site where this refrigerator is sold and warn people not to buy it. If you are considering this fridge consider yourself warned

I love having the ice and water combo on the door and I really like the minimal design. There is no distracting touch panel to attract more fingerprint! It’s very easy to use and the app works great. I especially love that I can get a notification to my phone if the door is left open, because kids! But by far, my favorite thing about this is the sphere ice. It’s perfect for popping on in a metal water bottle and keeps water cold for so long due to slow melting. I feel so fancy everyone I open the drawer. The freezer is also super spacious.

We were all to excited to replace our previous fridge with the counter depth new to use configuration with bottom drawer freezer. The fridge is bright and spacious allowing for creative placement of groceries and easily reconfigured. The freezer drawers are smooth and size perfectly for a big grocery run. The door has water and ice (2 styles). The ice spheres are delivered into the freezer drawer. Pro tip: use the Samsung Smartthings app for greater control over the fridges functions.

It might seem a little *extra* but my favorite feature is that it makes Sphere ice in the bottom freezer. (Sometimes it’s the little things.) the French doors are beautiful and space saving. I think it matches my kitchen perfectly. I also love ll the details like the contoured fridge door shelves for storing smaller condiment bottles and the retractable shelf inside to accommodate taller items. The 29 cu ft size is perfect for my family of 5. Checks all the boxes and then some!

I've hosted a couple parties now and everyone always comments how awesome the ice balls are. Probably my favorite feature on a fridge that I have had. The fridge and freezer are also really practical. There is a ton of spaces, shelving, and drawers to organize everything I keep in it. I haven't had any problems trying to fit groceries and food in the fridge or freezer. The in door water and ice works as expected. Water comes out cold and I haven't had any problems with the ice dispenser. The lighting really works well too. The LED lights keep everything nice and bright so everything is easy to see. The stainless steel finish is very classy and looks great in our kitchen and compliments our appliances. The zero clearance fit especially makes this fridge look good in our kitchen.

This was such a huge improvement over my old fridge. The outside looks sleek and modern. The amount of fridge space is amazing. The doors are extra wide, which means the door shelves are quite wide and can hold a lot! Finally, we love the giant sphere ice. Those ice balls are fun, and they really keep our drinks cold for longer! I love the ample space with the top French doors, middle meat and cheese section and the bottom 2 tier drawer. It does a great job resisting fingerprints and smudges, keeping the fridge looking clean with minimal effort.

You know it is a great refrigerator when your 12 year old is excited about it also. She told me "I guess I'm getting old because I love this refrigerator".
