It is huge inside, cooled quickly, love the control I have from the app, the design is beautiful, zero clearance is flawless, and the water dispensing feature is great.

I have breast milk, baby bottles, regular groceries, and my husband's snacks all coexisting peacefully. The shelves are flexible enough that I can actually make it work, and the slide-in shelf is great for tall bottles and bigger containers I could never fit before. The Zero Clearance Fit is something I didn't even know I needed until now. Our kitchen isn't huge, and the fact that the doors open fully without hitting the wall or the cabinets is awesome. The Sphere Ice has my husband acting like we have a whole bar setup at home, which is honestly fine by me. And on those 3am baby moments when I'm half asleep hitting the kitchen — the interior lighting is bright enough that I can actually find what I need without hurting my eyes for late night feedings. We are in love with this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very impressed with this refrigerator especially the app connectivity and ability to control the temperature and ice machine functions. Another plus is the 'power cool/freeze' option which came in handy at initial install (and I can see coming in handy after a power outage) The refrigerator was ready to use extremely quickly. The tall water dispenser was something that I absolutely had no idea I was missing! It is a game changer for me since I tend to only drink out of tumblers or fill large containers. Another feature I love is that the display for the temperature is inside the door and there it also lets you know what ice functions are turned on/off. The sphere ice is a nice added feature because that ice stays whole longer, but the tray takes up premium space in a counter depth fridge. My only complaint would be downsizing from a regular to a counter depth fridge. I didn't need to because I had the cabinets made to fit a regular size and make it look counter depth, but I didn't think the 5 cu ft difference would make that much of a difference so I switched. I haven't noticed a difference in the refrigerator section, but the freezer seems significantly smaller than my previous model. Just from transferring everything over, it is stuffed full and I can no longer keep ice packs or dog treats in there with the ice cube tray. But with time and reorganization, I think the smaller space will suffice because the drawers are very deep and the section dividers are set up nicely. Overall I am very impressed with this refrigerator.

I knew it would be spacious, but I didn't realize how spacious until I moved all of the items from my old fridge into it, and it still looked partially full! The freezer is also very nice, and with the ease of sliding the drawers, it is so easy to organize everything and pull it out with minimal effort. There are so many great things about this fridge, it is hard to capture them all, but here goes. The water dispenser area is so big that we were able to fit an entire gallon pitcher and fill it up! The sphere ice located in the freezer will have so many uses. I also really like that the water filter can be changed from inside the fridge, as my last one was in the back. Both the fridge and the freezer reached a low enough temperature quickly enough that I was able to put my items in them from my old fridge, so they didn't go bad. The outside is super sleek and minimal, and fits perfectly in my kitchen. The only downfall is that the shelves aren't quite tall enough to hold bigger items like a pitcher or large bottles, but luckily, the door shelves are pretty large and can hold a couple of those items. The only downside to this fridge is the size and how it fits into the opening in my kitchen. This thing is massive, looks as if the cabinets were built around it in a good way, but getting into position is very tight. Overall, we are very happy with this item and have already been recommending it to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do love this fridge. I think it is interesting how it feels bigger than our last but is supposed to Be the same dimensions. I will say make sure you measure correctly as the front top of the fridge didn't clear correctly in the space so we had to make adjustments to our cabinet which luckily ended up being fine. Perhaps we measured wrong or the instruction manual doesn't mention this higher elevation. The sphere ice cubes are super fun and surprisingly are made really quick. As a family of 5 the regular ice cube storage must be pretty big as we have not ran out of ice yet. We are hoping the fridge lasts longer than our last and so far are pretty happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good product, only gripe is SmartThings won't connect to my phone and the door alarm gets annoying when you're loading groceries. Water door is a bit slow as is the ice machine but the quality of the ice and cold water is good. Aesthetically good. Fits our three person household well, freezer space is a little small so we will get a separate one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has been great and had 0 issues for 5 plus years, however the ice maker went out early on and basically can't be repaired or replaced as Samsungs ice makers have an outrageously high failure rate and it's too expensive to have a nearly guaranteed risk of receiving a lemon

I do wish the unwrapping process was easier as there was tape and residue left behind. We love the water and ice being accessible on the outside of the fridge opposed to other models w/ ice and water inside the fridge doors.
