The capacity of the Samsung Bespoke is huge not only on the freezer part but the fridge is enormous. I even have an empty shelf in the fridge. This will come in handy around the holidays. I never worry anymore if I will have room for anything. For instance, the other day I bought a large cake on sale for an upcoming party. I wanted to freeze it and it would not fit in my small chest freezer due to it being divided. Well, I thought l guess I can try the new freezer and it for perfectly. Yes I forgot for a moment had a new fridge. Other then capacity, I am so impressed with the huge beauty of the fridge. The design is very modern on the outside.. The inside is well lit with a flush light at the top. Also I am impressed withe the strength and hardness of the inside condiment shelves. Every other fridge I had shelves cracked so easily. I can tell these will last. Its about time someone made these tougher. The fridge is also quiet. Overall I love my fridge and highly recommend.

Unloaded my old refrigerator that was packed full into the new fridge and used only half the space! What really sets this fridge apart is the size of the large door shelf compartments. Plenty of room for my constantly used items and having room to put bigger containers like a gallon of milk is awesome! The adjustable selves make it easy to fit oversized items onto the shelf. I also enjoy the auto ice maker and large capacity of the ice tray, it holds allot of ice. The freezer drawer section gives ample room with the two separate compartments. The bottom portion of the freezer drawer is huge and has ton of space for your frozen foods! The built-in divider helps in organizing your items. Overall, I am very happy with the new fridge!

Organizing items in it is simple with its many shelving options, from the sliding shelf for large Items to the adjustable shelves and snack drawer. The freezer compartment is a bit limited if you freeze as many items as I do. I have found myself rearranging things to fit them in from time to time. I noticed one of the doors was slightly lower than the other. Thankfully, I was able to fix the issue myself by installing the snap ring mentioned in the manual. After the adjustment, the fridge looks and functions flawlessly, giving the kitchen a modern touch. Overall, the fridge's design is modern and would look good in almost any kitchen. My experience with both the setup and ongoing use gives me confidence in recommending this fridge to anyone looking for something spacious and good-looking, as long as they don't need to freeze too many things.

For starters, the mega capacity truly lives up to its name. The additional space depth-wise and added drawers is a huge convenience. Everything has a dedicated space, and I'm no longer wondering if my groceries will fit. I especially love the size compartments and how all my drinks and condiments are basically eye level. One small area of opportunity would be a “harder” seal/shut. I know, I know…we want a soft close. But sometimes I have to double check that the door is actually shut. I guess this is a good problem to have, and for added peace of mind, there is of course the little chime for when the door isn't closed. Other than that, I'm very impressed overall.

The 32 cubic feet of space is no joke, I have this thing packed with fruits, containers of food, meats, drinks, and condiments and it still feels organized. The adjustable shelves are great because I can move them around to fit larger trays and pots, though I did find it a little tricky to fit taller containers like large water jugs or fruit juice gallons. You have to plan which shelf to adjust to make them work. The door bins on both sides hold everything from sauces and condiments to drinks and dairy without anything tipping over. The freezer is split into two sections which I love. I keep bulk meats on one side and frozen snacks on the other, and the ice maker stays full without me ever having to think about it. The interior lighting is bright so I can actually see everything clearly. It looks beautiful in our kitchen too, very sleek and modern. Highly recommend for any family that takes cooking seriously!

I'm able to see all the items and still have space left to add anything else we might need. I also love the slide in middle shelf that can be made smaller in order to fit taller items. This feature has been a game changer!! I discovered that with the smart things app I'm able to adjust the temperatures of the fridge and freezer as well as turn the ice maker on/off. This has helped me a lot to make sure everything in the fridge is food safe. I'm so in love with our new fridge that is has not only made it easier to see everything, find everything, but no more aching bones/bodies!!

The Bespoke is big and spacious and the SmartThings app is a great feature. Once the refrigerator was setup and running, both the refrigerator and freezer quickly came down to optimal temperature much quicker than expected I loved the “all around cooling once I added food. I have not had any issues with the refrigerator nor freezer and I am very satisfied. I love the slide in shelf feature as I am able to store larger taller items on a shelf. The slide in shelf was a well thought out design. I am so very happy with my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, it was a great choice that I would recommend.
