I never really noticed much on the efficiency I haven't really noticed much on the efficiency . but raise my electricity bill so that's good . and the interface as long as you take a little bit of time to look at it really easy to handle . now it's dented fairly easily though , so it's not easy to preserve , great fridge

The inside is very bright because of the clear lights, so it is easy to find everything even at night. I love how the shelves are set up because there is a lot of room for big items like juice bottles and jars. The "All-Around Cooling" feature seems to work great too, since all my food stays perfectly cold no matter which shelf I put it on. ​The bottom drawers are also a huge plus for my family. As you can see, the freezer sections pull out smoothly and hold a surprising amount of frozen meals and snacks. The door bins are nice and wide, which helps clear up space on the main shelves for leftovers. Overall, it looks modern, runs quietly, and has made organizing our groceries a whole lot easier. The freezer storage is huge! I didn’t think I would be able to fit as much food as I did in there. The ice maker is a life saver, it makes ice so quick and it’s that good ice.

I like Having the ice tray in the freezer means it does not take away from fridge space. The new fridge has 32 cu. ft. Mega Capacity and connects to the Samsung Smart Things app. I can't believe how many groceries, beverages and leftovers it holds and I love the bonus drawer in the fridge section to keep my favorite items handy. The freezer is spacious and I never run out of ice. The sphere-shaped ice cubes also cool my drinks down faster. Controlling the refrigerator and freezer temperature through the Smart Things app is so nice. I have used the Power Cool feature multiple times in preparation for a new grocery haul. The AI Energy Saver Mode is another great feature. I am very happy that I upgraded to this model.

There is just so much more usable space here than in our old side-side. The layout with the wide shelves, dual drawers, and deep door bins makes it so much easier to store, organize, and actually see what's in our fridge. With our old fridge, a lot of the time items would just get shoved to the back, meaning I would have to lug out like a gallon of milk and two containers of strawberries before I could get to what I needed. With this, that is a thing of the past! The freezer is also a lot better organized than our old side-by-side. Instead of just stacking everything onto those shelves and hoping nothing falls out when I need to pull something out, the slide-out drawers here make it much easier to store and see everything I have in the freezer. This is also where you can get your ice, which is dispensed into a removable tray for easier cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, keeping this thing looking new is surprisingly painless for something this large. All the shelves, drawers, and door bins are easily removable, meaning you can always lug them over to the sink for a quick rinse if a cleaning rag isn't getting the job done. The stainless steel exterior is actually fingerprint resistant too. My old fridge said it was too, but would pick up prints and smears if you looked at it funny. I've only noticed that here twice and it came off almost instantly with a microfiber towel. My only qualm is the lack of any sort of water dispenser. I'm glad there's no external dispenser taking up door space or adding another thing I have to clean and maintain, but I do miss being able to get cold water on demand. We ended up using a separate Brita dispenser inside the fridge instead, but an internal water dispenser like some of the other Samsung models have would have been nice. Overall, this has been a huge quality of life upgrade, perhaps the biggest I've made for the kitchen since owning this home. Put simply, it's just so easy to live with.

There are three large shelves and one small shelf in both doors. There are three drawers; the deli drawer spans the width of the fridge and is tall enough to store or yogurt. The shelves are adjustable and one slides half way back to accommodate extra tall items. The freezer holds so much! It has an additional drawer on top for ice and quick grab items. I could not be more pleased with this purchase! I definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke fridge!

Inside is really big, I did not expect so much space, and everything is easier to find. The shelf can move so I can put tall bottles without making weird balancing act, which is nice. The ice maker keep making enough ice for us, and the cooling feel even all around, fruits and milk stay fresh longer from what I see. I also try the phone app, it was little confusing first, but after setup I could check temperature without opening door, kind of handy actually. Water taste clean too after using the filter. It is not perfect because fingerprints show a bit, and learning all the smart things take some time, but after few days it become normal. Anyway, for everyday family use, this one do the job very good, reminds me when everyone come over on weekend and I need lots of food ready.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a lot of space compared to my previous one with the same size but with an ice-maker/water dispenser in the door. I had a lot of space left in the new one after transferring everything from the old one. The first unit I received had a factory defect (coolant leaking) and did not cool at all. So glad I didn't have them haul away the old one! While it took almost another month to get the new one, it's totally worth it. The setup through the app took literally a couple of minutes. It cooled to specified temps within an hour and has been working flawlessly after a week now. I am happy that I chose the model with ice maker in the freezer drawer. It adds a lot of extra space in the top spaces. I like the shelves are adjustable and lets me organize to my liking. The dual compartments in the freezer also help with organizing my frozen foods. A couple of things I would like to see improved would be the app. While I can adjust the temperature using the app, I would like to see the current temp as well. No way to do that. The ice maker is slow. After several days, it still has not filled up the entire tray. We made sure the new installers installed the water pipe correctly and it was straight without any twists/kinks. May be that will improve over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anything would've been an upgrade from what we previously had, but this Samsung Bespoke really knocked it out the park. For starters, the mega capacity truly lives up to its name. The additional space depth-wise and added drawers is a huge convenience. Everything has a dedicated space, and I'm no longer wondering if my groceries will fit. I especially love the size compartments and how all my drinks and condiments are basically eye level. One small area of opportunity would be a “harder” seal/shut. I know, I know…we want a soft close. But sometimes I have to double check that the door is actually shut. I guess this is a good problem to have, and for added peace of mind, there is of course the little chime for when the door isn't closed. Other than that, I'm very impressed overall.
