We love the refrigerator. It is very pretty color and nice to to look at but more than that, it is perfect for the two of us. The freezer is nicely separated into two drawers that makes it easy to put regularly used items in the top, which includes the ice maker, and other things in the lower freezer drawer. The two doors are awesome. We don't need water in the door because we are water snobs and purchase bottle water. It keeps all our items appropriately cooled and we have zero issues with things freezing in the fridge part! There's no condensation drips. We also love Samsung. They deliver a consistently good product. We have TVs, Phones, Washer and Dryer and now a Refrigerator. Love the Consistency Samsung delivers!

The Refrigerator had everything I was looking for. Size is perfect. The ice maker in the right spot Inside has the right amount of shelf's and drawers in it. The freezer with 2 drawers helps with enough food storage. NO more finger prints on it. It's fantastic.

I didn't know what I was missing out on! After a lightning strike finished off our old fridge, my husband and I decided to splurge and get the 32 cubic feet French door model and it was well worth it ! It has so much room and tons of shelving it runs super quiet. it also connects to our smart things app and even that was simple.... Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Samsung refrigerator and it's very nice.  We just moved into a newly built house and the refrigerator fit perfectly in the kitchen... although,  They had to remove the front door to get it in the house.  There is a lot of interior space and the layout is designed very well.  One of my favorite features is being able to use the SmartThings app to set my temperature, use the AI energy mode, having the ability to turn the ice maker on and off, along with utilizing the temperature management. I also like the alarm when the door is left open.  After the install, the refrigerator and freezer came down to the set temperature quickly when using the Ppower Cool and Power Freeze settings.  refrigerator door is closed or open.  The refrigerator is built well and is very quiet.  This is my third Samsung refrigerator and the quality has been outstanding on all of them.

The only difference is that we had an in-door water and ice dispenser, while this one has an ice maker in the freezer. It takes about 2 hours to fill the ice tray completely. We are so glad we chose this unit because space has always been an issue for us. It cools quickly and maintains the set temperature in both sections. I also like the chime that alerts if the doors are left open. I also get a notification on my phone through the SmartThings app. This is extremely helpful because my kids tend not to close doors properly. I also like that I can adjust the temperature remotely through the app. I also appreciate the fact that the app allows me to order parts, like water filters, and receive support through the app. I like the stainless steel finish that matches the rest of my appliances perfectly and gives my kitchen a modern look. The drawers and compartments are very sturdy and adjustable. This allows me to store different sizes and weights of food without worrying about them breaking. I also appreciate that the freezer drawer has 2 compartments, with the top one that slides in.

Compared to our previous unit, it is significantly larger and much more practical for everyday use. One of my favorite features is the adjustable shelving, which makes it easy to customize storage for items of different sizes. The freezer, while not overly large, is perfectly sufficient for our needs, and the movable shelves inside it add flexibility and convenience. We were previously used to a standard side-by-side refrigerator, so transitioning to a model with the freezer on the bottom has been a noticeable change. However, it has turned out to be a very positive upgrade. The sliding shelves make organizing everything much easier and more efficient, helping keep food visible and accessible. Overall, this refrigerator has exceeded everything we thought it would, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-designed appliance today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a lot of space compared to my previous one with the same size but with an ice-maker/water dispenser in the door. I had a lot of space left in the new one after transferring everything from the old one. The first unit I received had a factory defect (coolant leaking) and did not cool at all. So glad I didn't have them haul away the old one! While it took almost another month to get the new one, it's totally worth it. The setup through the app took literally a couple of minutes. It cooled to specified temps within an hour and has been working flawlessly after a week now. I am happy that I chose the model with ice maker in the freezer drawer. It adds a lot of extra space in the top spaces. I like the shelves are adjustable and lets me organize to my liking. The dual compartments in the freezer also help with organizing my frozen foods. A couple of things I would like to see improved would be the app. While I can adjust the temperature using the app, I would like to see the current temp as well. No way to do that. The ice maker is slow. After several days, it still has not filled up the entire tray. We made sure the new installers installed the water pipe correctly and it was straight without any twists/kinks. May be that will improve over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anything would've been an upgrade from what we previously had, but this Samsung Bespoke really knocked it out the park. For starters, the mega capacity truly lives up to its name. The additional space depth-wise and added drawers is a huge convenience. Everything has a dedicated space, and I'm no longer wondering if my groceries will fit. I especially love the size compartments and how all my drinks and condiments are basically eye level. One small area of opportunity would be a “harder” seal/shut. I know, I know…we want a soft close. But sometimes I have to double check that the door is actually shut. I guess this is a good problem to have, and for added peace of mind, there is of course the little chime for when the door isn't closed. Other than that, I'm very impressed overall.
