[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago now and it works just like you would expect from Cusinart. Perfectly. It saves me about a minute every morning because you only have to hit the button once and walk away while it grinds.

The Cuisinart Supreme Grind is the perfect compliment for our new Cuisinart DDC-344 Stainless Steel Thermal Coffeemaker. Cuisinart’s DBM-8’s grind settings range from “extra-coarse” all the way down to “fine” as in an espresso “type” of grind, and a total of 18 settings. If you are a coffee aficionado you will enjoy your brew with fresh ground beans from Cuisinart’s DBM-8.

I bought this grinder to replace a blade grinder. I surveyed the market and this was moderately priced and had good customer feedback. Now I see why. It is well constructed and creates a uniform perfect grind. It is almost as though I bought more expensive coffee. The processed coffee is extraordinarily aromatic. My only complaint is the canister. Getting the ground coffee out can be a messy exercise with the removal of the lid causing some spillage. However, in the grand scheme of things, this is a minor complaint and I am quite happy with my purchase.

I really like the grind of the Cuisinart burr mill. My morning coffee is quite tasty; however, the static from the mill is quite annoying. When pouring out the grounds into the coffee maker, they fly all over the place. My last burr grinder had a metal container and that helped with static. There are few hacks that supposedly help, so I'll be trying those.

Here's what I appreciate most: Durability: My previous Cuisinart Supreme Grind lasted for many years of daily use. This speaks volumes about the product's build quality. Consistent Grind: The burr grinding mechanism ensures a uniform grind, which is essential for optimal flavor extraction. Ease of Use: The grinder is incredibly easy to operate with its simple controls and automatic stop feature. Value for Money: It offers excellent performance at a reasonable price point, making it a great choice for both casual coffee drinkers and enthusiasts. While it may have some minor drawbacks like being a bit noisy, its overall performance and longevity outweigh any negatives. For anyone seeking a reliable and durable burr grinder without breaking the bank, the Cuisinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill is an excellent choice. My return purchase confirms that.

Great grinder. Coffee is ground consistent with the setting selected. Won’t start unless the ground catcher is properly in place, which is good. I’ve had grinders in the past spew grounds everywhere, not this one. It’s not quiet but none of them are. Good quality grinder for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to get another one.

I was excited to finally add a burr grinder to my morning coffee routine. The DBM-8 seemed to be a good choice: good features and a great price, but as they say, “you get what you pay for.” The unit works well, my disappointment comes from the “undocumented feature” of the fine dust created by the static electricity from the grinding. The grind is great (from a fine expresso to a course for my French press) but the grind chamber has so much static they don’t come out cleanly and I end up with a fine dust all over my counter. Not recommended.

I had an old small coffee grinder that you had to twist the top to make it run. I never knew how long to run that thing. The coffee grounds would never come out the way I wanted. So, I order this Burr Mill grinder. It is an awesome grinder. Push the button and it grinds the coffee perfect every time. It's so nice you can set the grinder to the amount of grounds you need and it stops when its done.

The grinder is very satisfactory in all aspects of operation but the container for the grinds is poorly designed and should be made out of a different material. It's plastic and finely ground coffee sticks to the inside. Also, the shape of the vessel is awkward and makes pouring the grinds out a very messy process. Those two characteristics greatly diminish the overall quality of the product. The grinding process is great but retrieval of the ground coffee is extremely messy.

This is my second Supreme Grind® Automatic Burr Mill. The first one broke after three years. At this price point I don't expect much more longevity than that but I am giving it a 3 star review until more time passes to see how long this one lasts. When functioning, the Mill works as represented well.
