This is my second mill. The previous one lasted many years and we never had a problem. This one appears to do as good a job as the last one. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s about the only complaint. The motor in this one also doesn’t seem to be quite as strong as the last one but it still does a good job grinding coffee.

Two things to know: first, the settings for the amount of coffee needed as per the cups being brewed are not accurate - in our opinion, the amount of coffee automatically ground for 8 cups of coffee (for example) is more than necessary. Secondly, this grinder is pretty loud - unless you want to video people levitating, you‘ll want to warn people before you start it.

Bought about 4 months ago and love this grinder. Been trying lots of different whole bean coffees with it. The smell and the freshness are great. Could not be any happier with the grinder. Lots of settings and easy operation and very little clean-up.

My daughter enjoys French Press Coffee. We tried to purchase coffee beans and grind them at the store, but the flavor dissipated after a few cups of coffee. We now buy the beans and grind exactly what she needs as she needs it - great cup of fresh coffee and the grind range - (course to fine) works great for her French Press and our K-Cup brewer - perfect addition to our kitchen.

I have used the Cuisinart 32-cup burr grinder for about 20 years, and always loved it. I set the cubs of coffee to grind, pressed a button and I was good to go. I just purchased this one to replace the 20-year-old model, and it is a disappointment. I set it to go, and you can hear when it is not grinding the beans. I never get the proper amount of coffee anymore.. I have to run the 32 cup setting 2 or more times to get 10 cups of coffee.

Works very well, a multitude of different levels for grinding from very fine to coarse grind. Easy to clean up and does the job. I am not a coffee drinker buy my spouse is so he is enjoying trying different types of beans and learning the differences in taste baste on blend and the way it is groung. Customer service is great!!

Bought this grinder to go with a new espresso machine. The grinder is small and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It doesn’t grind up large amounts of beans but that really doesn’t bother us. It grinds up more than enough for a pot of coffee or multiple espressos. It comes with a small scoop which we find handy. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the grinder has somewhat of a cheap feel to it. The little cup that the grounds go into seems rather flimsy as does the button to adjust the amount of beans to grind. We really don’t have anything thing else to compare this to so we don’t know if it does a good job or not. We do know that it seems to be consistent, it’s easy to use, and that the coffee or espresso’s we are making are tasty. We can’t speak for the longevity of this machine at this time. So far we have been using it daily without any issues. The price was good compared to some other grinders.

I especially love that you have a wide selection of how fine to grind the beans and the selection for how may cups of coffee you want to make with the grinds. I prefer a very fine grind and strong coffee. I set the selector to 4 cups to make a 10 cup pot.

It is easy to use, and stops automatically. The bin is easy to pour into a coffee canister too. I highly recommend this grinder, because I tasted the difference.
