I am on my second Cuisinart Burr Grinder n so far it has worked well my first one did not work all the time only after using it for a month. I wish The makers of Cuisinart would make their products here in the USA with the Quality that is second to None !.

2nd I've owned. 1st I liked so much I gave 2 away as gifts. After several years mine wore out. Replaced with what I thought was like for like, WRONG. Thought parts would be interchangeable as back ups if needed, not true, totally different. With both mills, you set the number of cups to grind. 2nd not dependable, fluctuates, to much, not enough. 1st grinder, on the money every time. I have resorted to pregrinding, storing In canister and measuring out amount needed which negates the "freshly ground cup of coffee". I've been a Cuisinart fan for many years, this is a true disappointment.

The instructions are perfect and it only took a minute to be grinding the coffee to my satisfaction. The coffee tasted great and I would definitely purchase this grinder again!

This is our second grinder. First one lasted 10 years until something got into the grinders and wore a hole in the side. It blew coffee all over the inside of the workings until it finally quit working. Our new oneis just as efficient and much quieter. Hope it last as lone and doesn't develop a hole.

This Burr Mill is easy to use. I like the fact that it has so many settings that you have the ultimate control over how you want your coffee ground. I am amazed at the consistency of the grind. I’ve owned other grinders that did not evenly grind the coffee. Great purchase!

Grinds very well. Just a bit hard to clean up since the coffee grinds we get in stores are oily so everything sticks. Thank golly for removable parts you can clean. And must invest in small brush to clean inside the machine where it cannot be soaked. Still very happy with the grinder, much better than the old grinder I had.

Good grind modes and accurate in the grind sizes for the variety of coffee styles I make including cold brew and brewed coffeesThe machine is easy to clean, especially the bean grind chamber. What is lacking is consistency in how much ground coffee is delivered into the ground coffee container. Settings at 2 or 4 deliver much less than these amount ground beans to brew. Setting the grind to 6 or more delivers inconsistent amounts each time. Unfortunately one has to grind too much or repeat the grind to get close to a desired amount or often resulting in more than enough and then there is left over ground coffee, therefore cannot give it more stars.

I have had other burr mills and this one gives consistently medium sized granules for drip/percolator coffee makers (not an easy task). Couple that with the fact that you cannot only chose the coarseness of the grind but also chose the amount of coffee to be grinded in regards to the amount of coffee you wish to make, makes this burr machine a winner on so many points. Highly recommend.

About 3 or 4 years ago my step dad picked one of these up for me since I enjoy freshly ground coffee beans so from personal experience I already knew that this was going to make a great gift. My parents have just recently started exploring the idea of keeping whole bean coffee on hand but have this little electric coffee grinder. It works for a single person but if you have two or more people in a house hold not so much. So as you can imagine my step Dada face lit up like a Christmas tree when he saw this was his Christmas gift. Well worth every penny.

This was a good purchase. We had another brand that cost more but it seemed to clog easily and then a part broke. We replaced with the Cuisinart--a brand we've know for years. Hooper holds enough beans. It's noisy but any coffee grinder will be. We are pleased. A good value for the money.
