Been using for 5 weeks. So happy to leave the "stone age" of grinding in my rearview mirror. Several grind selections with various lenghts of grinding time based on the quanity of beans in the hopper. So set it and forget it - shuts off automatically.

I bought it to take to my house in mexico and was used to the ampunt of grinding from my old one. This is calibrated different than the previous one. I wish the grinder had a way to calibrate Other than that am very happy with purchasing a second one

This is the 2nd Cuisinart Burr Mill I have bought. The first one was used for about 3 months, then sat in the basement for several years. When I brought it back out it was used extensively for 6 months before it just started spinning without grinding the coffee. Since we use it several times a day at the shop, I decided to get the same unit. I also bought a Cuisinart blade grinder for the occasional use at home.

Good value burr grinder. It does everything it should but still room for improvement. I don’t mind that it’s a bit loud and the cup select switch feels flimsy and cheap… What bothers me the most is the rectangular shaped bin the grounds collect in. It’s inevitable that there will be static with most grinders. This means you have to do a lot of tapping when pouring the grounds out into coffee maker. If the bin was round, I could simply take the cover off and pour grounds into French press, coffee filter, etc and tap tap tap away, relatively mess free. But since it’s rectangular, I can’t position the whole bin over/in my french press or coffee filter. Inevitably, part of the bin will overhang the coffee maker so tapping it will lead to a mess. And you do have to repeatedly tap due to the static. You could leave the cover on and pour the grounds out through the small hole but it takes a lot of effort/time and the grounds tend to stick in the corners of the lid. A round bin would also be easier to dust out/clean. Would still recommend this grinder because it is possibly the best bang for your buck burr grinder and many grinders will have the same problems.

I have had this grinder for about a month I like the ability to adjust my grind and this grinder let you o just that I would have given it 5 stars but the hopper says it can hold 1/2 pound of coffee beans but the catch container can not hold that much coffee so you have to be mindful of the amount of beans you put in the grinder otherwise it is a great product

It's loud and takes a long time to grind. I wish I would have sprung for a different one, even if it cost a bit more. It also broke within a year (luckily as I was able to exchange through warranty). It does get the job done though. Just remember to grind for the next day or you'll wake up the whole house

I’ve only used this grinder a couple of times but I like it’s performance so far. I enjoy brewing my coffee in a French Press and need a course ground coffee. This Cuisinart grinder has impressed me how well it performs. It also seems well built and doesn’t allow the coffee grounds to fly out or create a mess and it is easy to clean up with a brush. I haven’t needed to take apart yet for a deeper clean up but the reviews I read made me believe that wasn’t difficult and keeps the unit work longer with few problems if you do this when necessary. I trust Cuisinart and this grinder is a good reason why.

Received my Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Grinder as a gift, this Holiday season, and could not be happier! I have owned coffee grinders in the past that were disappointing in both size and performance. Not having to refill a hopper of beans in order to achieve grounds enough for a pot of coffee is a game changer! Tapping a button to begin grinding while this Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mil does all the work, at a customizable grind level, is a win . I can proceed, with filter and water steps to brewing, while it completes grinding. This machine is a thought out appliance and Not Your ordinary coffee grinder at all! At last!

Good product for the money. It's loud, but another well-known brand I was replacing was much louder. I find the shape of the ground-coffee reservoir is a bit unwieldy and leads to a small amount of spillage when transferring to another container or even scooping coffee out of the reservoir.

This grinder was good while it lasted, but there were also a few things wrong with it. We had ours for a couple years. It grinds well, makes decent coffee grounds, and is more compact than other grinders. However, it is a bit loud and because it is made of plastic it chips and cracks easily. The grounds also stuck to the reservoir constantly. It was a good grinder but there are better ones out there
