We bought this to replace an old grinder. This one works well, easy to fill and the dial allows you to change the settings easily. Only complaint is that the ground coffee is difficult to pour into the filter. It tends to compact, so I have to take it over to the sink and tap it a couple of times to loosen it up.

I do like this grinder but have one complaint. It doesn't start if the bin to catch the grounds is not in place. This is a good thing! BUT it does start if the bin is in place but the top of the bin is not on. Found out this morning that it will grind away and shoot out grounds through the gap where the top should be. Didn't realize my mistake until the floor was covered with grounds.

Coffee grounds stick to the container and are difficult to clean out. Unlike the capresso, which has a non-stick container. When you remove the container to dump into a press pot, grounds go everywhere. We used this a few times and deep-sixed it as we were tired of cleaning up messes.

It works great! My only complaint is when you remove the coffee from the grinder fine particles of grounds fall out and go all over the place. To keep things from making a mess, I have a paper towel under it. I also am very careful when taking out the coffee bin.

I bought this grinder three months ago when I joined a whole bean coffee club. It has been great. I wanted a grinder that would grind for different types of coffee which this one does. I get a perfect coarseness and perfect amount of coffee everytime that I use it. I like the fact that you can just pour the beans into the hopper, choose the number of cups you want, and the coarseness, hit start and walk away. It has never given me trouble.

I was looking for a coffee grinder because they don't have them in grocery stores anymore. At least not near me. I use a french press to make my coffee and I didn't like using a spice/coffee grinder. This coffee grinder is perfect. Love it. Only had it for a month or so but it will grind coffee to your specific needs. I recommend it very much.

Very versatile and easy to use. Grinding coarseness is easily adjustable as is the amount of ground coffee. I especially like not having to count out the number of scoops of beans. It will grind unattended, so I can be cleaning the coffee maker and adding water while the grinder is working.

Ii really like my new coffee grinder, it works great. It has a whole lot of options for how course or fine you want to grind. It works beautifully. Two things I'd like to see changed: Make it quieter. Let it grind a full load of beans and not stop every ten cups.

Minor downside is the polycarbonate removable grind chamber. Static buildup causes grounds to cling to the plastic. If you have the extra money for the glass version, it should be easier to get all the grounds out cleanly. Otherwise this is really good bang-for-your-buck. Excellent siimple grind settings.
