I bought this to replace the same model which stopped working. Other similar grinders were much more expensive- and this one works well, automatically turning off when the predetermined quantity was ground, and giving a choice about type of grind. What more do you need?

This is the second grinder of this model. This current model grinds extremely fine, I have to set it at a med grind to get the same grind as the original. Also it shuts off when the bin is only about 15% full. It’s a pain having to restart the grind so many times. Wish my old one still worked 😖

I bought this a couple a months ago, and I've used it about 5 times (I don't drink coffee every day). It's easy to use, but getting all the grinds out of the container can be messy if the lid falls off. I also wish I could grind just 1 or 2 cups. The lowest setting is 4 cups.

I've long used a nearly 50 year old Cuisinart coffee grinder, so I know they're dependable; but I was ready for an upgrade. I wanted something more convenient to use every morning whether I'm making espresso, drip or french press. This does all of that plus burr grinds just the right amount of beans for the number of cups I plan on drinking. There's no mess on the countertop; everything stays in closed containers - beans on top and grounds in the front bin. Just set the slider for the number of cups you want, twist the bean canister to the grind you want and press "start." Easy-peasy!

The hooper is larger, the chute wider allowing beens to fall into the burr grinder. Before, I had to constantly shake my old grinder to ensure smooth flow of beans to the burr. No, just load the double capacity hopper and walk away. Effectively grinds coffee beans hands free operation. No prior grinders had this larger and smoother bean-shoot design. This device is the best outside of large commercial store varieties and very competitively priced. A pleasure to use and easier to keep clean.

I love everything about this grinder except that it leaves some larger pieces in the grind. Other than that, it stores your beans so you can grind just what you need. All of the parts are easily cleaned. It would get a full 5 stars if it didn't leave the bigger pieces.

The grinder produces an inordinate amount of coffee powder along with the ground coffee. This powder ends up all over the grinder, the countertop and the brew packet. It’s uncontrollable. The grinder is loud and high pitched. I think that its burr assembly must be small, meaning that it has to be spun fast, leading to the powder and plenty of static to get the powder airborne.

This is definitely the best coffee grinder I have ever owned! After a few days of experimentation, I found the exact grind I prefer, the exact amount of coffee we need to grind for our morning cups of coffee, and the precise amount of filtered water to add to the pot---all of these together for our best coffee experience consistently now due to this incredible burr coffee grinder! I love the you can set a number for the fine-ness of the grind for your beans, so no more guessing or eyeballing your product! Also, you can fill the chute above with your roasted beans, allowing you to determine and then establish just how much you want to grind each day, so you can ALWAYS have freshly ground coffee for your beverage in the morning.

This works out well for me. Grinds a nice amount of coffee beans to last me for a few days. You can adjust the coarseness of the beans. The Grinder automatically stops grinding when either all the beans are ground up or the holding container is filled.

I bought this about a month ago and I am happy with its performance so far. It does a great job at grinding the coffee and is very easy to use. the only downside is if you want to stop the unit while grinding, you have to slide the selector to off which means you have to reset the amount of cups you want to grind if you do so. All in all it is a great product
