Got this burr grinder and didn’t even have it for 3 months before it broke. I read reviews that said it happened to other customers in the same time frame but didn’t listen. Gave this grinder the benefit of the doubt. Then when I tried returning or even replacing with warranty, the website was conveniently down and even if it was up, there are so many loopholes to get through.

A stylish grinder that does the job great! We bought this as a replacement for a Starbucks burr grinder that gave out after 16 years. We are enjoying our Cuisinart (our drip coffee maker is also a Cuisinart), and its only drawbacks are that it's louder than our old grinder and has a static charge that sends grains of ground coffee out onto the counter when it's running. But I am happy with our purchase.

I love how this grinds. My only complaint is that when you take the lid off of where the ground coffee goes the grounds stuck to the bottom of the lid spill on the counter. I tap it while it’s still closed, but even flipping it carefully spills some coffee grounds. It’s not a big deal, but it would be better if that didn’t happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the new one after the old one died - I had it for many years. I liked it so much that I bought the identical one. It’s easy to use and clean and I can adjust how fine or course I want my coffee ground without any problems.

It grinds. Well. The multiple settings work fantastic, especially since I like to use a French press (course setting) as well as an automatic drip machine (medium setting). But it creates a mess every time that use it. Just opening the grinder "basket" sends bean dust flying around my counters. And I am careful. I guess it's just the nature of the product and there is no real way around it.

Great grinder. I bought for fine grind and it does a great job. Makes quick work of all sizes. A little loud but to be expected - and manageable. Static cling is an issue if you are doing fine grinds. Smallest setting is fine so if you need ultra fine, best to look elsewhere. Overall, would buy again.

Even that I was looking for a bigger coffee grinder, the size is working well. Just one downside: if you are looking to get your month coffee ready at once, yu may be facing an issue: the grinder gets overheat and will turn off for few minutes. after few minutes you can use it again. Again, I was hoping to have this machine working overtime:-)

I generally like the grinder; it grinds coffee fine in the way I like it. One thing I don't find as good is the static that builds up in the coffee container once ground. When taking the coffee out, coffee tends to get all over the counter. This may be due to the material the grinding mechanism is made of.

It is so messy! Ground coffee and the plastic container creates so much static. Open the lid and coffee floats away in the air. You have to be strategic when dumping into a filter or you will end up with fine coffee grounds on your counter and cabinets. If the container was stainless I do believe the product would be much better.

I’ve had the grinder for a few weeks now and can report that the machine has been super reliable with zero issues while making consistent coffee grounds. The adjustments this machine offers are too notch. You can select the coffee grounds grind from fine to coarse and you can also have it grind the exact cups you’ll need to brew. Shop around and you’ll see this machine is also an exceptional value for the performance given. Highly recommended. Remember to research blade vs burr coffee grinders. 5/5 stars given. Thanks
