I owned one of these for several years and used it every day. While I enjoyed its performance, the noise level was ridiculously unpleasant. This new model is greatly improved. It doesn’t grind quite as thoroughly as the other one did it always leaves a few beans in the bottom unlike the previous model, but it’s a small price to pay for the dramatic improvement in, the decibels

I have used this for two months and am very happy with grind size, ease of us, and delighted with how clean the grinder leaves our counter. Cleaning the grinder burr teeth is partial I believe. Make sure to either empty the whole bean bin or hold the lid on firmly when brushing the burrs clean.

I bought this several months ago, so I've gotten some pretty good use out of it. Pros: works well, cup setting is great (grind as much as you need), different grind settings AWESOME! Cons: it will get clogged from time to time (just need to take apart and clean occasionally-not a deal breaker), grinds loudly Overall: I love it, just wish it was a little quieter

It’s very flexible when it comes to adjusting number of cups to grind and how fine to grind it.

Received this as a gift for Christmas. I do like it so far. It is easy to use.

Most importantly I now get a perfect and consistent grind.

This does a good job, although quite loud. Be sure to clean it at least weekly.
