This is the second coffee grinder I’ve had in 15 years, so I’m am general pleased with the product. My one concern with this particular one is that the coarse grind seems a bit too fine from what I’ve had before.

Works great. The only reason for the four stars instead of five, is that it can be a little messy with the pull out cup. Not sure how they would fix that, but I hate messy.

Had this burr coffee grinder for over 10 years. Stopped working and I bought another one. Great grinder. I will have no other. I really got my money's worth out of the first grinder. I'm confident this new grinder will last just as long.

This was a gift. We were shopping for a bean grinder and this is the one we had selected to get. It works very well, is quick and consistent in grinding the beans.

This is a very nice grinder I use it every morning I like it a lot better than the other one that I had just set it for the amount of coffee and grind you want and press the button

Great for grinding coffee! I first came in contact with this particular grinder at a family members house. I decided to take a chance using it for myself and have been completely satisfied!

Works as advertised and at a grear price. Wished I had bought a burr grinder sooner. It definitely makes for a better cup of coffee. Only con is sliding the coffee collector back in. It is difficult to get the groove and peg lined up.

This is my third one, I had to return both previous ones because after a very short time, they failed to grind at the finest level (which I use for Turkish)...it would only grind coarse, regardless of setting. I think it' just a design flaw.

Beans don’t always feed well. We had the exact model previously, but it stopped working after a couple years. The last one never had an issue with beans feeding.

Grinds coffee well. Unit is quite loud and kinda messy when you open it to pour coffee out. Seems to build static and charged coffee particles cling to everything. Overall good just more clean up than expected
