Does not grind the correct amount of coffee according to what we set on the grinder. Occasionally the grinder turns on but does not actually grind any coffee. We bought this as a replacement for the identical grinder we used for a number of years. We're using the grinder but actually measuring the ground coffee before we make our coffee each day.

Really a nice burr grinder, especially for the price. I like it is one touch operation and that you can set it for a few or a lot of cups.... I wish the grinding plates were metal instead of plastic, but they look pretty durable and hopefully will last while. Also it would be helpful if there was a chart in the directions about what settings for what kind of coffee or brewer, just to give a starting point. But I really like it and I would buy it again for sure!

This is the second one of these that I have purchased. The only reason I had to buy another one is that I broke the last one. Totaly my fault and very hard to do. It is very sturdy and will last you for years. Does a great job and it totally adjustable so you can grind enough for a few cups or a larger amount

I like the look concept of The Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill. The ground coffee comes out very well. However it is extremely loud and messy. Every time I grind coffee and attempt to transfer the contents to my coffee maker I'm left with a huge mess of coffee grinds-on the grinder machine, the plastic container that houses the ground beans and the counter.

Since I mainly use a French Press to make my coffee, I was looking for something that gave me a consistent coarse grind. This grinder is perfect for my needs. I've also used it for finer grinds to use with my Keurig in reusable k-cup pods. I've only had it for a month, but so far so good.

Over the past 20 years this is my the 3rd Burr Mill and am extremely happy with their performance. Sure its's loud; however, that assures me its working. I replaced a few components on 2nd mill however, the electronics malfunctioned and felt a new one was needed. I usually grind both regular and decaf weekly with the hoper full for each. With holidays and special events I figure the mill works over 120 times a year. Highly recommend for quality grinding!!

This is the third one I've owned and the other two were wonderful and each lasted for years. Something is wrong with this new one though. It isn't working well at all. I have to set it on 14 to get enough for 6 cups. The other two would have filled up the collection reservoir at that setting. I'm reaching out to the company and will let you know how the exchange goes. I loved my other ones and I don't want another brand so I hope it goes well.

Great performance and value! I’d purchased this same model more than a decade ago. When it was time to buy a new one (I dropped and broke a part on the old one) I was pleased to see this model was still being made. And it is every bit as good - and much less expensive than other competitors in its class. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my grinder 3 weeks ago and I'm very pleased with it. My new favorite coffee comes in whole beans only, so I had to buy a grinder to get that good stuff into my cup. The grinder is easy to use and it's compact and modern-looking...very attractive, for a small appliance. I like that I can adjust the grind size (coarse to fine) to my exact preference. It's rather loud, but it is a metal blade whirring through fairly large dried beans, so that's understandable. I grind enough beans to fill my K-pod 2 or three times and don't notice any deterioration of the flavor after it has been in the hopper a day or two. Great purchase...I would recommend.

This burr mill isn’t too loud, grinds coffee beans to a fine level, and you can choose how many cups of coffee you want the ground beans to make. It’s attractive on the kitchen counter. It has a big cup with a lid to store your coffee beans until you’re ready to grind. The finished grind does have static electricity in the cup, but this burr mill comes with a dual scoop/cleaning brush.
