Very impressed with this grinder. Fill the hopper, select the amount of coffee you intend to make, and press the button. At the base of the hopper you can select the fineness of your grind. There's really not anything lacking in this little device which now sits prominently next to my coffee machine. If I had one thing I wish were addressed, and with everything there is usually one small thing making everything work perfectly: static electricity. When my beans are ground, the grind magnetizes to the plastic grind bin. When I then tap the grind in to the coffee pot basket, some of the grind likes to fly away from the grind bin in interesting directions. To address this, I place my filter basket in the sink and carefully tap the coffee grind in to the sink. The escaping grind lands on the bottom of the sink where it can be easily washed away. I've tried washing the grind bin and wiping the grinder but it appears the grind motor of the grinder and the coffee grind emptying in to the grind bin re-magitizes the grind bin plastic, much like a balloon becoming magnetized when you rub it against your clothes. Otherwise, this grinder is really very impressive and is the most-used gift I received this past Christmas. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to grind their coffee beans.

I bought this after I bought a Gator French press. This is by far the very best of the best when it comes to coffee grinders. Sometimes the grinder wants to stop grinding the brand but all I do is use a fine bristle brush to wipe out the excess built up of the coffee grounds. We have had this since Jan. No other issue. So far so Good! This comes highly recommended from our house hold. We use this almost every day too.

I absolutely love this grinder. It is so easy. I just fill the hopper with beans, select the amount of coffee desired, and hit the start button. I would have given it a 5 rating but the instructions say to clean with the enclosed brush. When I do this, the coffee ground remnants go everywhere and need to be cleaned up. This is the only thing I don't love about this.

I've been using it for about a couple months. I had to play a little to find the right fineness in order to obtain the perfect espresso and I found out that (for my coffee machine), the super fine setting is too fine, so I got to the notch before the super fine one and it's perfect. Can't express any review about durability, since I haven't had it long enough.

This is the second one I bought. First one lasted a few years and i was quite pleased. This one however only grinds one size no matter the setting. Not sure what gappend to this company, but i would not recommend this grinder to anyone looking for quality. They just don't have it any longer.

A solid and affordable upgrade from your basic coffee grinder, it provides a more homogeneous ground size at different sizes. Issues: (1) the grind is still a little inconsistent, producing a lot of powder (but at least not whole beans), (2) the cup selector doesn’t line up with the marked cup sizes, so you have to count the “clicks” to be sure which setting you’re on, (3) I’m not convinced the hopper is airtight, so I never leave a whole bag of beans in it.

This grinder is easy to use. The grind is very adjustable. I rate it only 3 stars because of a few issues: the consistency of the grind is not homogenous. Significant percentages of the grind will contain sizes that weren’t selected for. Also, the grinder seems to get stuck and may stop before a grind is completed. Lastly, the slide control that is supposed to limit the amount ground to a selected number of cups worth is not accurate and is flimsy.

Minor downside is the polycarbonate removable grind chamber. Static buildup causes grounds to cling to the plastic. If you have the extra money for the glass version, it should be easier to get all the grounds out cleanly. Otherwise this is really good bang-for-your-buck. Excellent siimple grind settings.

I have French Press coffee every morning and use the grinder 3 times a weeks for grinding the Jamaica Blue whole beans and the last one I had lasted for over 4 years so I bought another one as my coffee in the morning is one of my greatest pleasures.

I've been using this for a while and like the large hopper for the beans. I'm also impressed with how (relatively) quite it is when grinding the beans. I also like the varieties of grinds. I've already mentioned it to a friend who was looking for a newone.
