The burr grind brings out so much flavor from my favorite coffee beans. My four rating reflects my disappointment at how long it takes. I usually grind a pound all at once, and I imagined I would dump the bag into the hopper, press the button, and be done. Instead, the grinder gets hot and stops. I let it it cool and start it again. This process happens at least a dozen times to grind a pound.

I really enjoy product..the only downfall is getting the inside cleaned out. The main funnel and the deposit container are east to clean,,but the spout and the main motor where the bean get milled is hard to clean.. and afraid of the moisture from the beans growing something,,,,,

This was a gift from my wife and I love it. I recently started drinking my coffee straight black and was not loving the flavor from those pods. I'm now hooked on grinding my own beans thinks to this mill. My only complaint is that putting the cup back into the unit is a bit clumsy.

I bought this grinder to replace another brand that quit working. This grinder does a good job. However I do not like that the hopper twists around as part of the grind fine/course adjustment. It makes it not fit well in my space due to the size of the hopper. I would probably choose another grinder next time. Also, static electricity is a problem, so we have to grind the coffee several hours prior to needing it to reduce static.

I was given one of these coffee grinders as a birthday gift. I love everything about it, and would give it five stars, except for every time I open the lid on the grounds container a quarter of all the grounds jump out and get all over me and the counter. You’d think they could come up with a way to prevent that. It’s really frustrating.

I wish I could say that I love this grinder. I love fresh ground coffee and was so excited to buy this product. I've had Cuisinart products in the past and have been pleased. Not so with this. Within a few months it no longer worked and this is with infrequent use.

This product does an awesome job of grinding I like the whole bean fill hopper and the finished grind container which allows you to grind a little or a lot by just adjusting the control dial I would highly recommend this grinder for anyone looking for a coffee grinder

This replaces the same grinder which I think lasted about 4-5 years. The last one still grinds, but the start button broke and you have to hold it down till done. I had to set this one on courser grind to duplicate the old one. Seldom have to clean out grinding chamber. Plastic cup it grinds into has a buildup of very fine grind which requires removal, but I am happy with performance.

Everything about this burr grinder is very good. My only complaint is how the coffee ground cling to the plastic receiver cup due to static electricity. Perhaps if the receiver cup was made of nickel that effect would be minimized. Either way this is the bomb.

This is the third time I have purchased this grinder. The other two were just worn out. This one is very loud and scale/slider bar is off. In the other two machines I could set the grinder to 8 and that would be the correct amount for my pot. On this one I need to set it to OVER 12 cups to get it to grind the same amount that the other two ground at the 8 cup setting. The grind is also different. Set at the same grind as the other two and it is very coarse. I’m not pleased with this unit at all. Down the road, when this one wears out, I will be considering another manufacturer.
