Grinding your coffee just before brewing maximizes the flavor of your bean. With this grinder you can adjust the grind to your taste. I have had to replace the plastic cup that catches the coffee several times but the actual grinder is fairly durable.

I have had this grinder for a few years and love it. When we purchased our vacation home I tried to use a different grinder which didn’t grind all the beans evenly - leaving many half ground. What a waste! It was then I realized how great the Cuisinart Supreme Grinder was.

I know this sounds silly, but this is a beautiful coffee grinder. I keep it displayed on my countertop instead of away in the cupboard since it is so high end looking and just very attractive. It clears up cabinet room for other things :) HIGHLY IMPRESSED! MADE VERY WELL !

Inconsistent grind. A mound of very fine coffee grounds collects at top of the container, along with the the grounds that are the size grind you've chosen. If not careful, the fine grounds can fall and combine with the coarser grounds. When combined, the very fine grounds collect in the bottom of your coffee filter thus clogging and causing your drip machine(if using) to overflow and create a flood of coffee and grounds all over. Usually I am happy with my Cuisinart products but this is an enemy of quality.

This is beats the other grinders, I sent 3 others back. That really isn't saying much, if you want to get the full amount of grind that you request on the dial, you have to continue to stir the beans. The hopper is a small, ineffective vibrator at best. Like I said, better than the other ones I sent back. I just got tired of dealing with it. Someday, someone might make a good one.

Does a great job of grinding coffee beans. Grind size is a bit of hit and miss but you'll usually find that perfect grind.The reason for the 1 less star is: very noisy, not easy to clean and timer setting should be longer than 18 cubs especially id you are grinding more than a 1/2 lb of coffee.

Very versatile and easy to use. Grinding coarseness is easily adjustable as is the amount of ground coffee. I especially like not having to count out the number of scoops of beans. It will grind unattended, so I can be cleaning the coffee maker and adding water while the grinder is working.

Received my Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Grinder as a gift, this Holiday season, and could not be happier! I have owned coffee grinders in the past that were disappointing in both size and performance. Not having to refill a hopper of beans in order to achieve grounds enough for a pot of coffee is a game changer! Tapping a button to begin grinding while this Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mil does all the work, at a customizable grind level, is a win . I can proceed, with filter and water steps to brewing, while it completes grinding. This machine is a thought out appliance and Not Your ordinary coffee grinder at all! At last!

Good product for the money. It's loud, but another well-known brand I was replacing was much louder. I find the shape of the ground-coffee reservoir is a bit unwieldy and leads to a small amount of spillage when transferring to another container or even scooping coffee out of the reservoir.

If I could I would give it zero Stars this is a real piece of work let me tell you every setting the grind was exactly the same after buying three of them every one of them was the same thing so obviously this machine doesn't live up to what it's said to lately the last three Cuisinart products I bought have been the same way they're pieces of junk I'll never buy another Cuisinart I'll go ahead and spend the extra money and buy a good European model doesn't care what it cost you just want something that works correctly
