Lasted 8 hours with no need to change. Regular trash disposal. Up on walking, the guard gets wrinkled and slightly leaky.

I put one in according to the instructions, “went” for like 5 seconds, and most of “it” went down my leg. Maybe if you just dribble after you finish a little it would be good. I’ll leave with the positive that after I wet the guard it still felt dry. Unfortunately the same could not be said for my shorts.

They have a good absorbency for small/slight leaks. Not for full bladder release. They are a bit uncomfortable because of the size of them in your underwear and they add some bulk to the area as well.
