It's sturdy, clean looking, and easy to use. But it does NOT toast both sides equally. I have to turn the slice around and toast it again.

I've only used it twice since I got it and it sure works a lot better then my old one. I love the frozen feature to make frozen waffles

So far so good. Just arrived haven't had a chance to toast anything but the coils all get bright red

It does a nice job on a variety of breads, bagels, muffins, etc. one can dial in the ‘just right' amount of heat & time to get the desired outcome.

Toasts evenly and to our likening. Also toasted bagel and it was also evenly toasted a nice light brown.

I love this product, with 2 young kids it makes my life easier getting both of there stuff done in a timely manner!!
