This toaster was a necessary upgrade for my family of 6, and so far we love it. The sliders move up and down without moving the whole toaster and my items pop up quietly without flying out onto the counter. I have only used the lower shade settings (1-2) and discovered that it is not necessary to go higher than 2 for perfectly crisp toast. It cleans up easily and the separate crumb trays slide in and out nicely. Overall, really pleased and glad I purchased this one.

It's not as good as my last toaster but it works fine. It is very powerful, meaning you can easily burn your toast. I've never had it above setting 3, but even setting 2 can burn you toast.

one side of bread is darker and other side is lighter it is not consistent on both sides

want to return it not satisfied with the toaster.
