The scallops were amazing once cooked. I had problems finding frozen scallops at several stores only to find out that Sam's carried the scallops. I was overjoyed!!

Sometimes the sizes are irregular/so cooking may be a little difficult. The taste of these are wonderful though. The pricing is very high.

The scallops were very watery and tasteless.

I refuse to buy these. The older scallops were good, but as soon as I saw "sodium citrate," thats a big no for me. sodium citrate is a cheap stabilizer that will cause the scallops to leach water and you'll NEVER get a sear on these things.....on top of the poor taste.
