I love my Scallops blackened and grilled to perfection!

Excellent flavor and texture, however the smell was a little strong

Sometimes the sizes are irregular/so cooking may be a little difficult. The taste of these are wonderful though. The pricing is very high.

The scallops were very watery and tasteless.

I refuse to buy these. The older scallops were good, but as soon as I saw "sodium citrate," thats a big no for me. sodium citrate is a cheap stabilizer that will cause the scallops to leach water and you'll NEVER get a sear on these things.....on top of the poor taste.

We used to love these scallops, but the last two times we bought them, the quality has declined. Even though they we frozen, after thawing and cooking, they had a strong fishy ammonia smell.

They think we are stupid!!! These are WET scallops. They pushing these as the same product! These are low quality trash that don't sear!! Don't waste your money. You will disappointed!!!
