For half of the day, I didn't see anything much, so I left it till the end of the day to see anything different. And YES, it cached flies around the house as the pic. The only thing is that maybe the sticky glue pad was hard to see in order to catch the flies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The STEM Flying Insect Fan Trap is a good idea, however it didn't really work for me. I followed the directions and sat the fan in a prime area. I kept getting attacked by flying insects and they just flew near the fan, but didn't fly into the trap. I'm giving the fan trap a 3/5 for these reasons.

This fan trap is highly effective and lured and trapped the annoying little gnats lingering around my fruit and plants. Would highly recommend this product!

The light attracts the flies well, and they become stuck on the adhesive pads. I appreciate the settings that allow me to set timers for when I want the trap to turn off, as well as the option to choose a slower or faster fan speed. Overall, it works great for catching flies and you don’t have to touch them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is quiet and effective at keeping the bugs under control. Specifically those annoying gnats by the sink. It doesn’t seem to need maintenance. It has to stay plugged in to function though. It’s definitely worth the money laid.

It has a touchscreen on the top so you can determine how long you want it to run or how strong you want the fan. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and a gray color so it’s not an eyesore sitting out on your Shelf. It catches bugs nicely and keeps them contained inside the bottom of the machine out of sight The sticky pad is very easy to change out as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the concept that the flying bug trap doesn't use any harsh chemicals to trap them. However, in my use for 8 hours at night, the two didn't catch anything. To be fair, I have another STEM device nearby, the plug-in light with a sticker, which catches my flying insects. I like that you can use a timer for 3, 8, or 12 hours. It's very convenient for the night use. I don't like that it makes a humming noise. Also, I don't like that I need to buy more sticky liners and change them. The device itself is not very easy to use and understand.

I’ve used it for a couple of evenings now in my kitchen near my flowers. I can say that the fan is definitely very quiet and not distracting while watching television and the light is also pretty discreet and calming. I’ve noticed less fruit flys which is a great thing! I’m excited to see if this little gadget will help in the summer months with the pesky tiny mosquitoes that love to eat up my ankles. The one thing I wish it did was work without being plugged in. More of a charge and go situation. But having it plugged in isn’t the end of the world. Thank you Influenster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about the Stem Flying Insects Fan Trap is that it's a portable and compact pest control device. It's currently the winter season here in Maryland and so at this present time there aren't too many flying insects, however, observing the construction of this device as well as what it is designed to do, I have no question that this device will be highly effective in eliminating the flies and gnats that tend to hover around the front and back of my house. Additionally, I love that there aren't any harmful chemicals and sprays I have to contend with. Also, I like that it is portable so that I can take it with me during the Spring and Summer seasons when the flying pests are actively prevalent.
