Setup was easy, I just had to put the adhesive glue trap inside, clamp the two outer pieces together and plug it in. The light not only attracts the insects, but it is useful as a mini night light too. The fan is so quiet, you wouldn't even know there was anything in the room. The timer is good for those who only want to use it sometimes. Personally, I keep it on the 24/7 setting for around the clock effectiveness.

Works effectively: attracts insects with the help of violet light and quickly eliminates them. The build quality is at a high level, the durability of the materials is felt. For its price - a great option, the balance of price and quality is perfect. Maintenance is minimal: you only need to clean the container sometimes. It works almost silently, does not interfere with rest. Connection is simple - via USB, which adds versatility. I recommend it for home, summer cottage or travel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a camper and the bugs are just part of the lifestyle but that doesn't stop us from trying every possible bug trap on the market. This one is different in the fact that it traps the bugs inside so you don't have to look at dead bugs all day. At the same time though, you can't tell if it's working unless you unscrew the top and look inside. Not a con, just something to mention. Houseflies are our biggest problem in the summer and right now it hasn't gotten any of them, but there are a few gnats already and it's only been 24 hours so keeping my fingers crossed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this fly trap, and it's been a game-changer! 🪰 After dealing with fruit flies from my bananas, it's caught 4 pests in less than a day so definitely worth it! The design is sleek with touch buttons to adjust the fan speed and run time (always on, 3, 8, or 12 hours). The UV light is subtle and doesn't bother me even at night. 🌙 However, I will note that on high fan speed it does have a slight sound. It's super easy to use—just twist, drop in a sticky disc, and go! This is a great option for those with kids. 👍 It does also need to be plugged into an outlet so might be limited placement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This insect fan is great! I'm very excited to see how many bugs it removes as we start getting closer to summertime. It's very lightweight, and easy to move around. The glue pad was easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan works extremely well with fruit flies in my kitchen. They were gone in a matter of just a few days! I haven't tried any other product that worked as quickly as this fan! Highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a good product easy to use and setup. We have lots of flies, bugs and mosquitoes in the summer. Definitely can't wait to give it a try when it's peak season for these bugs. Sticky pads are easy to change. We set it up in our sunroom. Seems very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster and STEM for sending me the STEM Flying Insects Fan Trap for free! Setting it up was very easy, and I like that it is safe for my family and pets. I placed it in my kitchen and near the trash can, and it caught many bugs! The UV light is a nice touch—it works well and also looks good as a night light. The trap is quiet, and there is no strong smell. Changing the refill is simple. It's a great product for keeping my home bug-free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little flying insect sticky trap unit that uses the fan to get the bugs. It's small and compact and pretty quiet. I currently have this in the kitchen to nab some of those flying critters. I plan on using this in our RV when we go camping this summer.. I like the style and the way it looks. This is not a bug zapper this uses fans and UV light to attract the flying insects so it's kid friendly.
