Don't expect it to clear the room in an hour or two, it took a few days to really start collecting the pests. But, it does work as planned and we are very happy with the results. It also looks great - much better than the tape strips, and it will keep kids away from touching anything gross on those strips.

Setup is simple, and it's easy to use by using a quiet fan and uv light along with glue traps to catch those worrisome Flys and gnats that get into your home. It's small, portable, and inexpensive, as well as being safe to use around pets and humans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stem brand flying insect fan trap that uses UV light to attract and eliminates them. The Stem worked great in my bathroom where I had a fruit fly or gnat problem. It attracted the gnats. It was very effective and getting most of the gnats and ridding the area of the bugs. I really like it had no chemicals spraying that affect my family or pets. Highly recommend to clear your area of pest. It cleared my bathroom of pest within a couple days but I'm continuing to run it so they don't come back

It's very light and the light doesn't make that buzzing noise. I can't attest to the effectiveness as I haven't caught any yet. I'm not sure what the fan is supposed to do? It just twirls inside and blows out but it's not anything you can feel so maybe it's to encourage that swirl effect to capture the bug inside the container. It comes with 5 refills which is kind and very sticky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a house full of kids and pets, our back door seems to be constantly opening and closing. As a result, we have bugs. Big ones, little ones - they fly in the second they see an opening! We have tried fly strips in the past, which are ugly and also an issue keeping away from said kids and pets. But the Stem fan trap has been the perfect solution to our pest problem. Just plug it in and sit back. No long sticky tape to get tangled in. No smelly chemicals. Flies and insects are drawn to it and the next time I see them, they're toast. It has been a huge help in keeping down the pest population that swarms in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not only pretty in the dark but so convenient, especially when in Florida there are little tiny bugs that sneak into the house, so I’m glad that I have something that clears my house through the night! It’s so compact and easy to use, I like that it has a timer so it turns on at night and stops in the morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very lightweight and small to fit anywhere. The first night it worked pretty well we had a fly in our home and the next morning the device caught it. It’s pretty reasonable for the price and will keep lasting for a while, easy to use as well.

That’s a big plus! I love how it’s a fan also to confuse the flys and it sucks them right on up!! Thanks for the extra traps as well!!
