This is quiet, doesn't take up a lot of room, and does a great job at attracting pesky flies. You place a glue trap inside and the uv light will draw the flying insects to the unit. The fan will suck them in to the sticky plate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started using the STEM Flying Insect Fan Trap in my kitchen and the results have been amazing. This device attracts and traps house flies, fruit flies and mosquitoes. I had no idea the number of insects I had flying around in my kitchen. The STEM is very simple to use. Simply twist open the top, place the glue trap into the base, twist the top back on, plug in and turn on. I like the fact that it's quiet , and uses no chemical insecticides. It is extremely safe to use around children and pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The STEM Flying Insect Fan Trap is okay, not the best option out there. While it’s portable and easy to move around, I didn’t find it as effective as I hoped. It catches very few bugs, but not nearly as many as other traps I’ve used. For the price, I expected better performance. It feels a bit flimsy too, which makes me question its durability in the long run. Honestly, I haven’t had great experiences with STEM products in general, and this one didn’t change my opinion. Not the worst, but definitely not worth the cost in my opinion.

Just plug the trap in and it starts attracting flies and insects with UV light. The fan then draws them to the sticky pad on the bottom, where they are trapped. I no longer have to spread fly poison all over my kitchen or watch them lying on the floor. Plus, it has a nice design, and I can keep it inside my house without any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled to find a chemical free solution to bugs. It uses a light and has a glue trap. That is prefect for us since I don’t have to worry about my dog being around it. The light and the device itself is quite cool and modern looking. I appreciate that since I have it sitting out all the time. It has a charger cord so I don’t have to worry about putting in batteries. The device also works well in my camper so I’ve gotten one for there as well as I have bug issues. A lot of bugs can fit on the glue trap so it doesn’t need to be changed often. The device is very lightweight so I can move it easily from place to place if needed.

The concept is interesting how it works to attract bugs. Could be effective for people who live near ponds or have indoor outdoor areas of their home. It is reusable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tested the STEM flying fan trap for about 2 weeks and it works okay. I haven’t really seen any insects inside on the sticky trap. I usually leave it running about 8 hours during the day. The fan is very quiet and you wouldn’t even know it was there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It actually works! Timing is everything…. I had recently started having g an annoying issue with gnats in my kitchen and after just 12 hours (set on timer), the problem was resolved! I love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flying insect fan trap is aesthetically pleasing and isn’t an eyesore. It is really easy to setup and changing out the glue trap is also simple. This device is also lightweight and doesn’t take up much space. I like that it does not have insecticide and is safe to have around kids and pets. It did take almost a day to catch one bug. I feel like this works best at night time and it is not going to give you miraculous results. It works slowly, so say if you have a mosquito problem, I think it is going to take some time to catch them. It is not going to be instant. I feel like the fan could definitely be stronger, but it is also does not make that much noise so that’s good. I do not think I would actually buy this for the current price, for this price I would expect something that works a little quicker and better.
