It has a sleek, smooth top with touch buttons to turn it on, adjust the fan speed (high/low), or set a timer (always on, 3hr, 8hr, 12hr). The low fan setting is very quiet, while the high setting is audible but not distracting—quieter than a HEPA filter. Setup is simple: twist it open, insert one of the five included glue discs, twist it back, and turn it on. It works like an LED-enhanced tape fly trap, with violet lights that attract pests. The light isn’t too bright at night, but placing the device slightly out of direct view is best. We ran it for a few days and noticed it gradually caught small flies and mosquitoes in the bathroom. It won’t clear a room instantly, but it does work over time. Plus, it looks much better than tape strips and keeps kids from touching anything gross. Overall, we're happy with it!

I can truly say that this device works. Not only does it work but it's also cool looking. The fan runs super quiet and has adjustable speeds and run times. It is easy to turn on and change settings with the touch buttons on the top of the device. The uv lights will attract insects and then the fan will pull them onto a sticky pad in the bottom of the machine. The trap area is large and can hold many trapped bugs on the pad. The kit comes with 5 sticky pads. The fan is lightweight and easy to move from room to toom, with a 6 foot usb power cord. I have indoor pets so I like that this is chemical free and poses no dangers to my fur babies. This device is worth the price for how well it performs.

It’s not nigh mosquito season yet so I can’t wait to use it when the summer is buzzing with them. It’s nice that it’s portable and can be moved from room to room so only one is really needed.

I've had a problem with fruit flies in my kitchen, so I was hoping that I could plug this up by the sink and get rid of them all. The fan works okay, but not as well as I was hoping. Only a few of the little bugs have gotten stuck in the trap. I was hoping that almost all of them would have been attracted to it.

It has a black light that attracts insects and then they get sucked up by the fan and stuck to the glue trap inside. I like to use this in the kitchen near fruits etc it helps keep pesky bugs away. Chemical free and easy to use.

It's a great on the go fly trap! plug it in and charge along the way. Two fan speeds allow you to control how fast or slow the fan moves. The inital purchase came with 5 sticky sheets so it will last a while before needing to purchase additional sheets. dont want to see the dead insects on the fly paper, no worry. The paper is inside the container so everything that gets caught will be hidden and continue to allow for a nice peaceful meal or conversation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one month of use, it collected a lot less than another brand I've tested. I don't care for how noisy the fan is. Even on the low speed it's noisy. It also collects a lot of dust on the fan itself and I'm not sure how to remove it. It looks nice and I like the purple light however if you put it in the window the light will attract outside insects and they collect on the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to see how this fan trap worked and I must say Im impressed. I love that its small and portable for easy storing and carrying. I placed the fan trap in my kitchen between the sink and my trash can and let it run for 3 hours. I caught what looked to be some fruit flies. It was really cool. Can’t wait to use it again after I’ve hosted an event at my house because people tend to go in and out of the house giving access to random flies every so often.
