The UV light helps attract the bugs and there are 2 fan speeds to help suck the bugs into the bottom chamber to the sticky mat. I also like the timer feature. It easily plugs into your wall and not take up too much space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this daily for almost a week now and it has attracted some bugs, the thing I am most impressed with is the super easy twist bottom that allows you to see everything you have caught, the bugs stick to a very sticky removable card and you just toss the dirty card out when full of the bugs, no need to touch any creepy crawlers either when you do so, that’s a plus! The only downside I have found to this STEM Flying insect fan is that it’s not chargeable? At least mine only works while plugged in to the cord that’s removable and looks like it would in fact be chargeable to bring outdoors etc but maybe I am just doing mine wrong, I’m not sure but being chargeable would really make it that much more intuitive.

It then has a sticky surface that catches them so it's a very efficient system. I do feel the fan suction could have been a bit stronger but that's just my personal opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited to use this insect light/fan fly trap. I’m in my plant era and these big box store soil comes with tons of gnats. I’ve only had this thing plug in for a short about of time and I already see it is working. The fan sucks these little critters and onto the sticky trap underneath. I love that there’s a timer so I can just run it at night. There is a pleasant purple uv light that also serves as a night light for our living room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fly trap is simple to set up and seems to work pretty well, I just set it up for a couple of hours inside the house and there were already a couple of fruit flies trapped in the pad. We have a lot of little flying creatures in the summer, so i am hoping that this will catch most of them since they are so annoying to deal with.

After I forgot about it it caught so many flies! I put it in the kitchen and it is worth the price! You can put it in different rooms or get more than one for another room. Be careful opening it, because a fly flew out when I kept checking it! Lol bottom line, it works!

This did catch a couple bugs and I like how it comes with multiple sticky traps. It’s pretty good quality and the fan makes it easy to trap bugs. I just would probably buy the wall plug instead.

Temperature is dropping means flying insects are coming. Got this trap and this really helpful in my kitchen. Insects are glued in the circle area which you will put in the bottom of this device. I love it because I have a usb connector in my kitchen. Very portable and good value for your money.
