I love the very well instalation. However, it is heavy and bulky for my five year old. I love that I could remove the tray to wash it. It is very well made. Currently, I made accommodations by removing the top part that has the ice pack. He can open it easily by himself, which is a bonus. This is his 3rd bengo because he has difficulties opening the other two.

The bento box holds a lot of food inside and the handle is a perfect touch. I would love to review other products and share more of your company for others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box was sturdy and the portions are great for food. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lid of the food jar is hard to open for my 5 year old and the teachers asked me to send her with one that is easier to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the insulated food jar. My only complaints would be that it's a little bit hard to open/close for my little 4 year old. And if the food jar is not closed all the way the entire box won't close. I will just send this box inside a slightly larger lunch bag so that my kid doesn't have to worry about closing it all the way. Otherwise, it's great! Fits a lot & stays cold/hot

Out of the box it took me about 5 minutes to just get the inside insert off of the top piece. It was like suctioned into it. Then the top sorta takes the insert with it when you try and open it. There's honestly too many pieces for one lunch box. My son also said it didn't really keep his lunch cold. I did wash the inserts and closing them now inside the box seems a lot harder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute lunch box. The container to keep things hot, vacuum sealed shut, none of the teachers could get it open. Took about a day to get opened myself. Wish it was designed with some sort of release, so the pressure could escape.

However, the warming canister is difficult for my 5 y/o (and even myself) to properly secure, so I fear I'll have a big mess to clean up each day. Also, all original packaging is required for returns, which I no longer have, so I can't return the item, despite it being brand new, never used (or even washed yet).

Cute and sleek design. Unfortunately the liner sticks to the lid and it's extremely hard to get it to come off. My 4 year old daughter said she has to ask a teacher daily to help her. I also struggle opening it. Only giving two stars because it is cute but ease of use would be zero stars for me.

Liner gets stuck to the top constantly. I can’t use for school lunches as it’s really hard to use and since the liner sticks, lunch has spilled everywhere. Not worth it which stinks because we were excited to be able to decorate with croc charms as my kiddo wanted.

This was a last-minute purchase because the lunchbox that I ordered for my 1st grader was delayed in shipping. This lunchbox was a bad buy even on sale for $9. The compartments are too narrow and small. Anything with more height than a basic ham and cheese sandwich will get squished by the lid. The lid and ice pack storage area takes up major space at over 1/2 inch. Condensation from the ice pack makes sandwich, crackers, chips, etc soggy. The smaller compartments can’t hold even two ounces of apples slices and only 11 cheeseballs can fit in a single layer in the smaller compartment. If you try to stack them, they will get squished and if you use the ice pack, they will get soggy. If this were labeled as a toddler snack pack and came without the ice pack I wouldn’t be mad at it, but as is I couldn’t get this thing in the trash fast enough.
