[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for an easy way to supplement your health, this is it. Youtheory has an easy to absorb pill that I've not had any issue with. The capsules are vegetarian, soy free, dairy free, and no gluten. The pills are a little bigger, but easy to swallow! They clearly contain tumeric with their color haha. Just take one a day- easy to incorporate with your daily routine. I like the benefits that taking tumeric provides, especially for just being tumeric! Better mood and cognitive function, and has antioxidants in it. The packaging is nice and easy to use too. No child lock though so just keep out of reach from kiddos.

The capsule is little bit on the large side but I was able to swallow it easily. Love the packaging. It's easy to locate and travel with. No over taste and good consistency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of these capsules! Small and easy to swallow. I've been taking ginger and turmeric supplements for a while and like them. The ones I was taking before this was 2 gummies which had a lot of chewing and overly sweet with glucose being the main ingredient. I highly prefer these to the gummies. 5 seconds including opening the bottle and you're done! I have gladly swapped for these.

The vegetarian capsules are very easy to swallow and you simply take one each morning with a glass of water. No stomach upset or after burping which I have experienced with other supplements. This formula has 65 percent better absorption than standard turmeric capsules and supports a healthy inflammation response and cognition. Personally, I have felt a very good improvement in my knee pain and stiffness. My mobility has definitely improved.

The ingredients look promising, especially the curcumin extract and ginger root. However, I don't see black pepper (piperine) included, which is commonly added to help improve curcumin absorption. My only other criticism is the packaging. The bottle is much larger than necessary for the number of capsules it contains. Either the container should be smaller, or it should be filled with more product, as a large portion of the bore is empty.

The container is durable and makes for good storage. The capsules are unscented and very approachable. I will say, I think the size of the container is unnecessarily large for only 30 capsules.
