The lunchbox gets sealed too tight. My 8 year old daughter says she has to pull down on it for the box to open. It's also too hard to close. The latch ended up breaking off. The thermos also gets sealed too tight and very difficult for adults to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute lunch box. The container to keep things hot, vacuum sealed shut, none of the teachers could get it open. Took about a day to get opened myself. Wish it was designed with some sort of release, so the pressure could escape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the insulated food jar. My only complaints would be that it's a little bit hard to open/close for my little 4 year old. And if the food jar is not closed all the way the entire box won't close. I will just send this box inside a slightly larger lunch bag so that my kid doesn't have to worry about closing it all the way. Otherwise, it's great! Fits a lot & stays cold/hot

The bento box holds a lot of food inside and the handle is a perfect touch. I would love to review other products and share more of your company for others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kindergartener cannot open the thermos. I got the thermos hot, and poured in his soup. My husband couldn't even get the thermos open! It seals itself with the heat. If thats a feature, then they need to have a feature to release pressure. I bought the product because it had a thermos and my son doesnt like cold food.

However, the food jar is to wide for my five year olds hands to grip the bottom half and twist the top. If it was a little less wide or possible a bit taller to give her more grip space for her little hands it would have been a PERFECT lunchbox and I mean PERFECT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box was sturdy and the portions are great for food. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lid of the food jar is hard to open for my 5 year old and the teachers asked me to send her with one that is easier to open.

its cute container and i love the ice pack can go in the top... but its wayyy too difficult for my 5 year old to open. It often gets stuck and is sometimes to hard for me to get the seal to break... he didnt eat lunch today because he was scared to ask for help and couldnt get the seal un done... he wont be using this container anymore. i had high hopes for it but its a miss!

Loved everything about it (great size, fits a sandwich, leak proof for our needs, came with ice pack, super cute and customizable, has a handle, lays flat when you open it) BUT it was too difficult for my nearly 6yo to close on her own, the tray often stuck to the top and she couldn't pull it down on her own, ice pack pops/falls out easily at times).
