The ice pack really works. It's magic and I love that. It's like hidden so it doesn't fall out. Overall, super cute the charms are cute. It's a really nice and I feel like it seals pretty well.

One feature that I love is the ice pack and compartment it can go in. When opened, it has 3 sections to store various items. The size is perfect. The two smaller areas allow for a handful of something like fruits/vegetables. The larger compartment can fit something like a sandwich. The box itself has a great air tight seal - no spills/mess. It does not have any odor. It is on the heavier side compared to other ones I have had in the past, but it definitely more durable! It also has a handle making it easy for on the go. The tray can be removed and heated in a microwave. It also is dishwasher safe =) The “buttons” are a nice addition allowing for one to make it fun and decorative. If you have a picky eater, this is a must have! It makes lunch time more fun!

Not only that it comes with charms that are so cute. To decorate the lunch box. My daughter was so happy. And it comes with an ice pack to keep the food chill. That was the defect with our old lunchbox. It actually keeps the food no cold but fresh. And my daughter is so excited to take it to school to show her friends!!! It's so easy to open. Easy to open for kids and toddlers. The inside has three compartments. One long and two small. And that works great. Usually I put like a sandwich or something to eat and I put fruits and snacks on the side. It also has a handle to grab the lunchbox, and it's so convenient!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll just start out by saying that my 4 year old took this from me as soon as I took it out of the package. I barely had time to look at it before she was already eating her lunch out of it at the table. So alas a few days later I'm finally able to take some photos of it and write a review because she has literally had it with her EVERYWHERE. The top has the option to hold an ice pack, which it comes with but is versatile enough to hold some smaller things. It comes with the bento styled divided tray for easy lunch packing. The big side will easily fit a sandwich. Comes out for easy cleaning. The charms are an added bonus to make it their own! I will say my only flaw I have with this is that you cannot opt to take the tray out and use it as a lunch box for snacks (which all my daughter does) because the tray has the lip that the clasp clips into. I understand that the point of this lunchbox is the bento box but it would be an added bonus if you were able to use it without the tray also! Highly recommend this to anyone, it's cute, and very well made!

She absolutely loves the color and the Charms that come with it are so cute making it more fun for kids! It is a little difficult to open up at time the tray gets stuck to the lid other than that perfect! This lunch box can fit so much. It's very easy to clean too, can remove the tray and the ice pack very easily.
