Fit is amazing, case is solid, controls have a better tactile feel and easy to use. Galaxy AI is integrated into the buds now and they sound incredible after setting up Adapt Sound to suit my hearing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the improvements they made to the 4 pro buds since the 3 pro fell a lot from my ears and like the noise happened a little with the active noise mode, but with the 4 pro does not happen that on the contrary I have even noticed a sound difference from the 4 pros and it helps me a lot with the galaxy Ai for my daily activities are the best buds I have tried in my life

Yes, yes, and YES! The buds 4 pro are what I expected the buds 3 pro to be. It seemed like Samsung got so excited about the new features/UI on the buds 3 pro, they forgot the ‘basics' of wireless buds. They realized the mistake, listened to us, and made these. They fit snuggly and comfortably in my ears, sound excellent, and have a normal shaped case. I found myself always adjusting my buds 3 pro in my ears cause they kept falling out, even when I yawned! I even bought a few aftermarket tips, but they still managed to wiggle free. Right out of the box, the buds 4 pro stay in no matter what, from errands around the house, running, and even yawning. The tips are much softer and do not feel as sticky as the older versions. The sound quality….OMG. When you adjust the equalizer to your taste, turn on UHQ - 96 kHz, and ANC, it sounds like you are right there with the music. Only gripe I have with the new buds are the touch controls. You need to swipe the sides of the stem, instead of the outside, brushed metal part, but I guess this is to prevent accidental touches from long hair. The charging case is nice, light and does not have the dumb charging issues I experienced with the buds 3 pro after a run. The clear plastic on top is a fingerprint magnet, though. Overall, if you are looking to upgrade, even from your buds 3 pro, do it, you won't regret it. 10/10 would recommend and currently enjoying these more than my s26 Ultra. Thank you Samsung for listening to your customer base and creating such an amazing product!!!

Amazing comfort, stays put in my ears, more depth of sound, and more importantly top notch active noise canceling. The noise canceling has made my open concept office much more tolerable. I also love the touch controls which are so easy to use, especially now that I can turn anc on and off with them.

I'm adjusting to the ear fit and had better luck with previous models but I can make these work, even if I have to purchase memory foam ear pieces. Overall satisfied! Haven't used them to do Galaxy AI yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great at first and loved it but then the microphones had intermittent cutting out while on phone calls. Had to send it in to warranty repair not even a week after having it and they can't reproduce the issue. So far the Galaxy AI works nicely. Not a huge fan of AI but works well with Gemini.... when the microphones work

When I am going for a run, the ambient sound is amazing to keep me safe. The voice control is also a great improvement to be hands-free to answer calls and change my music. I can't wait to test them on my next marathon.
