This sound amazing, and the features are great as well, I love that when I speak, they take me out of noise cancelation and I can head everyone clearly. 6 Hours on battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the galaxy buds 3 pro to the galaxy buds 4 pro. The fit of the new buds is amazing. They sit in the ear perfectly and do not slide out.

Comfort isn't there. Unless you have small ears possibly. I went from the Original Galazy Buds with the best fit possibly with the outer wing attachments. To the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. Which was a huge leap. The Galaxy Buds Pro 4 is a step back. You do get a little bit better sound, but that's it. I ride and E-bike to work and the wind resistance was hitting the tail of the ear buds trying to pull them out. The tail also was a problem with my bike helmet as the chin strap would touch the ear buds too. To fix this problem I am 3d scanning my Buds pro 2 to make a 3d printed wing for the bud pro 4 to stay in my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are any more upgrades from the previous version that so far have made a large difference in efficiency and use time. The head gestures seem very intuitive, and like it was always there to begin with in how it integrates and seamlessly adds to the experience. Idle time is also much much much more forgiving. I will update as I get to find new features and I engage with new features.

Product is great. Support is not. I dropped my case and lost it. My mistake i get that. But there's zero support to buy a replacement case. Not even direct or with the insurance either. I asked about maybe a discount on a new pair, nothing just no help and no way to track case.

Well needless to say my daughter stole it from me because she didn't want to wear out the laptop. This is great for her because she plays games, colors/draws with it and streams Netflix, Fandango and YouTube most of the time and the audio and screen quality is good. The camera isn't so great but she barely uses it.
