Keeps on falling out

Hey KingJesus, To fully enjoy the bold new sound of the Galaxy Buds4 or Buds4 Pro, it's important to wear them correctly. A proper fit ensures the best sound quality, adds comfort, and keeps the earbuds from falling out; nobody wants to lose an earbud! The Buds4 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips, so if you have the Buds4 Pro, your first step is to make sure you're using the right size tips for your ears. The tips should fit snugly without gaps between your ear and the tip. This prevents sound leaks and ensures optimal audio performance. If you need assistance changing the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds4 Pro tips. Regardless of whether you have the Galaxy Buds4 or Buds4 Pro, follow these steps for a proper fit: 1. Look at the lower, inside-facing part of the earbud. Between the two metallic dots (the charging contacts), you will see either an "L" or an "R" indicating whether it's for the left or right earbud. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. 4. Angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth instead of straight down. 5. Adjust the earbuds by rotating them forward and backward until they feel comfortable. You can also run an earbud fit test to make sure you have the right fit. Big improvement over buds 3 pro
