[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this Samsung device and couldn't be happier. I use it for everything: from streaming my favorite movies and gaming, to managing work and my studies while I'm on the go.

The buds 3 are not comfortable at all. As a matter of fact they are heavy and hurt. I struggle to get them to fit well enough to get quality sound. I really enjoyed the last model, but these were very disappointing.

I love how you can change how loud or even the noise canceling based on whether your listening to music, a book, or just need them in ears to cancel loud noise from work environment. Definitely recommend and although I have yet to use the other features such as translating I absolutely love them.

I haven't used every feature yet, but so far they are very good. I have noticed the noise canceling is much better on the buds 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear these at work and the gym, it has the battery for both with some to spare, the swipe controls on the buds are great too, I like that they work when my hands are sweaty or wet as well. The galaxy ai works great to for the voice canceling, make me feel like I'm in my own world at the gym lol.

I've had this product since launch and I love the features, the sound, the design, everything. I do have a small issue/complaint my Buds have since Day 1 have this issue where the sound cuts in and out repeatedly throughout use. I can use the earbuds at the start of the day for 1-2 hrs and I would have no issue but as soon as they are reconnected to the phone alter in the day the sound gets distorted/changes frequencies and quality. The sound would cut out in one earbud but not the other then come back to both or it would cut out to both. I talked to support when I first got the buds and he suggested waiting for an update and I have but it hasn't fixed the problem. I would try to take it to a repaire store but the nearest one is so far away. All in all its a very great product its jsut unfortunate that mine is either defective or broken, I dont know. Hopefully the next one won't have the same issue.
