I work in a loud environment but slow environment so often I find myself watching YouTube videos or movies. I used to have to push down on my headphones so I can hear whatever I was watching. Honestly, I am disappointed with the comfort. I really believed that these buds would fit and stay securely in my ears but thay fall out very easily no matter which sized adapter I use. The sound is good but the fit is poor. The battery is average along with slow charging. I really believe that Samsung makes some of the greatest products and I love them all with the exception of these buds. It's time for Samsung to make a gane changing over the ear bud that stays secure and sounds great. No harm, no foul!

My best feature right now is the head nods for answering calls. The black match with my 26 ultra. Plus sound quality really improved. The Galaxy AI tool help with translation, because I work around different cultures. Voice control is another feature that top of the list. Great product for everybody tho use.
