[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try these earbuds. The sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation is some of the best I have ever used. It blocks out background noise so well that I can barely hear anything around me. It is great for commutes, working in coffee shops, or just focusing at home. But I have 2 problem. These earbuds just will not stay in my ears. No matter which tip size I try, they keep slipping out after a few minutes. If I am walking, eating, or even just moving my jaw a little, I have to push them back in constantly. I cannot imagine using them during a workout or a run. Second, the gesture controls are not great. You are supposed to be able to answer calls by shaking your head, but it barely works for me. I tried it multiple times and most of the time nothing happens. When it does work, it is so slow that I end up missing the call anyway. It is easier to just pull out my phone, which defeats the whole point of having a hands free feature. It is frustrating because everything else about these earbuds is really good. The battery life is solid, the touch controls work well, and they connect quickly to my phone. But none of that matters if they do not stay in place and the head gestures do not work right. If you have ears that fit these perfectly, you might still enjoy them.

This is a review for the noise canceling aspect of the headphones. As I type this, I am a chaperoning 7th and 8th grade choir students on a bus headed to Disneyland. They are LOUD. Twice, I've removed my headphones because hands were raised (meaning there was an announcement coming), both announcements were for the students to stop screaming. I heard no screams. Thanks Samsung. 10/10 would recommend.

Aside from the usual features, one my favorite aspects is just the integration with my other Samsung products. It's so easy to use them on my S26 Ultra, and quickly switch to being connected to the Samsung television in my bedroom(great for not waking the wife up). Battery life has been excellent, I use them for roughly 4 to 5hrs a day and have never had any issues with them lasting that long and then some. So glad that I chose these over another brand.

The comfort level is questionable, and the fitment is undeniably poor; if I move my head too quickly or bend over to retrieve an item from the ground, they tend to fall out. The battery life appears to last approximately two to three hours, which might be an optimistic estimate. The sound quality is unsatisfactory; they produce crackling noises and a high-pitched pop when inserted into my ear. It seems they transition from a barely audible volume, even when fully amplified, to an instantly deafening level, necessitating their temporary removal. This issue is not attributable to my phone, as it is a new S26 Ultra, with whose quality I am very pleased. Even my Galaxy Watch delivers superior sound quality compared to these earbuds. I am profoundly disappointed.

They are comfortable to wear and stay in my ears nice and snug. The ANC is phenomenal. I am able to drown out loud equipment without the need to turn the volume to unhealthy levels. The battery life is also vastly improved. If you are thinking about upgrading, just do it. Definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i chose the pink galaxy buds 4 pro, I was just looking for a replacement for my airpods 3, but they really blew me away. The anc is top notch, when im on the train, a busy street, or a crowded space I can rely on the anc to block most noises out. I cant hear my footsteps, cars, sounds from the train car, and most nearby conversations. When inserted correctly, its truly like you've been separated from the world. Speaking of, inserting the buds may be difficult at times. The tips of the buds dont remain dry. Its very annoying when you can feel the buds slipping out slowly. Granted, i live in a humid climate, and its in the middle of a hot summer, i imagine during the winter I will have no such issues. A feature that mitigates this issue i assume, is adjust sound to fit. When the seal breaks I've noticed the anc adapts. This makes it sound as if the earbuds are inserted correctly even when theyre not. Other than that, the buds have elite tier sound quality, amazing bass, and features galore. The native EQ slider allows for deep tweaking for the perfect listening experience. Ambient mode makes me forget im wearing them sometimes, and when an unusually loud external sound occurs nearby the buds will do their best to muffle it. Swipe and tap controls are responsive. Altogether, these headphones look as premium as they sound, i got mine in pink gold and want the others too. If you get the galaxy buds youre in for a treat! (The buds are more pink irl if you were wondering)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds have been such a game changer! The spatial sounds to hear external noises is top teir. I know other buds do this too, but they are clear and sensitive which is a benefit to me having a one year old. Often times at night or during her naps I have to be quiet if I want to stay in her vicinity. I use my buds and turn on that feature so that if she wakes up, I can hear her immediately. Another feature I love is the 360 noise, so basically it gives the illusion the music is all around your head. You do have to mess with the equalizer a little bit to get the sound the way you want it, to make things a bit cleaner sounding, but once you get that figured out, they are the best buds you have ever owned. The battery life is phenomenal, I only have to charge them once every week or two, sometimes even longer. Another 11/10 experience Samsung has provided me.
